Permanent Hair Dye, 5.5 Brown, Ammonia-Free, 148ml

Wonderful product to use I found that 5.5 Brown came out very dark almost black so next time I’ll order the lighter 6.0 version Unlike a lot of hair dyes you get loads of product so you can properly cover all of your hair. I actually had some product left over; most hair dyes don’t give you enough product I left it on for the recommended 30 minutes then washed it off. I then used the conditioner supplied and my hair was left very soft Within the kit you also get a barrier cream to apply around the edge so you don’t dye your skin plus there is a dye removal cloth also included I found it covered my grey hairs very well indeed Highly recommended UPDATE: It’s now a month since I used this and the colour is staying extremely well. I now love the colour as it’s not too dark after many washes I think I still might order the 6 lighter brown next time

I have little experience of colouring my own hair, but found this to be easy to use and effective in coverage. The product is quite thick in texture so there are no drips and the blocking cream provided ensured there was no staining on the surrounding skin after. The colour was a little darker than I anticipated but fine and the conditioner provided made my hair look really shiny. I can thoroughly recommend this product and would not hesitate to use it again.

Best hair dye I’ve used and didn’t burn my scalp, no hair fall. Perfect and the colour turned out beautifully.

My partner says that — as long as this product is around — she wont be going to the hairdressers to get her hair coloured ever again! Says it all really.

I've used shop ones before never covered my hair .this covered the grey and look great .also hair dye usually makes my head itch .this one didn't. I want use any other now just this one it's great

For me this is the best product out there and I take it with me to the salon where they also comment on how it is better than the products they use! Normally I buy this from Boots, but sometimes from Amazon is more convenient. I find after 5 weeks it is beginning to get tatty and needs redoing. Plus I use a hat in sunlight that helps to preserve the colour. I have fairly short hair and one box does for 2 applications, so it's good value, for me.
