Plax Cool Mint Mouthwash, 1L

I honestly hate traditional mouthwashes because they feel like they're stripping the enamel right off my teeth with that harsh alcohol sting. This one completely skips the burn while still leaving your mouth feeling seriously fresh and super clean. The cool mint flavour is crisp and refreshing without tasting like pure toothpaste or medicine. It’s got a really pleasant taste that lingers just long enough to wake you up in the morning without making your eyes water. Plus, the 1-litre bottle is huge and lasts forever, which makes it a great value for the price. My teeth and gums just feel healthier and smoother after using it twice a day, and I love that it actually has dentist backing for plaque protection. If you have sensitive gums or just want a fresh breath rinse that doesn't feel like you're gargling fire, definitely grab this one. Total game-changer for my daily routine!

I’m so glad I managed to find this particular Colgate Plax mouthwash. I think the formula may have changed in some of the newer versions, as I find them too artificial-tasting and much too strong. This one is just right for me — nice and light, with a pleasant cool mint flavour that leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed without that overpowering burning sensation. I’d love to see Colgate offer this in a larger refill size or refill pouch. It would be more convenient, reduce plastic waste. Really pleased with this mouthwash and will definitely buy again!

It's great value and works well and has a great taste but unfortunately seems to stain my teeth and tongue for a while after I've used it so I probably won't buy this one again.

Love this mouthwash as its alcohol free with a nice minty taste. Dentist advised to randomly use this during the day rather than after brushing at night as then it washes off the benefit of your toothpaste, I am trying it like that.
