Jim Dunlop433P1.14 Ultex Sharp Player Pack (Pack of 6)

Bought these after being mentioned by ihsahn from Emperor. Use them for playing black metal so they work well for lots of heavy tremolo picking.And they seem like they will last for a long time too. Would recommend.

Great picks

Finally found my favourite pick. I play a lot of heavy music and they work great.

Happy with th purchase but very odd sending such a big box for one small packet of pics. 5 stars if it wasn't for the wasteful packaging

I’ve always had a bit of a problem wearing out guitar picks quite quickly from my picking style, but these picks seriously take a beating and last an amazing amount of time compared to others. I now use these picks if I ever feel like playing bass with a pick. The thickness and hard material perfectly compensate for the heavier strings and the force needed to play them. They are also great for guitar if you’re a fan of thicker picks.Because of the “Sharp” edges the pick features, they seamlessly glide over the strings and are very easy to play with. The tonality is definitely on the warmer side (especially on the heavier strings) as you lose the lightly scratchiness you get from thinner picks.Overall, they are fantastic picks with great playability, distinct tonality, and are extremely durable. What more can you need.

1.4mm ultex, they are rigid, virtually no tip flex for when doing faster runs.They feel a lot smoother than say the Tortex sharp which almost feel like you're running sandpaper across the strings.Strong recommend for someone looking for an upgrade to their existing choice, these picks put the Jazz III XL in 2nd spot for me :)

These are the best picks i have ever used, i was using the Dunlop Jazz III picks beforehand which were decent but too small, so i switched to these after using a friends and it is mad how much better i play using them. I play a lot of metal and for that these picks are great, I opted for the 1.14s because that sort of size made sense as a lot of metal guitarists I like use this sort of size. They're really sturdy for good pick attack and my picking is a lot faster and tighter because of the control these picks allow me to have. Plus, they come in a pack of six so there are always spares!

I plettri JIM DUNLOP ULTEX hanno uno spessore perfetto per la chitarra elettrica solista. Sono al tatto perfetti , e non scivolano dalla mano. Lo spessore 1.14 è perfetto, ne troppo spesso e neanche troppo sottile.Spedizione rapida e velocissima , complimenti!!!
