I don’t see a significant change, I just feel less bloated but I do notice that have the urge to pee a lot when I take it.

Gives me a terrible headache.
The ingredients are clean, and I’m going to try to take this after breakfast instead of before bed, but THE HEADACHE at night - AWFUL! I rarely get headaches. The last two nights I WAS awoken several times with a THROBBING headache and had to put on my Thera-ice head wrap. I’m detoxing my liver — no NSAIDS. I’ll update when I see what happens if I take it after my first meal. Thus far, pretty awful!
