Firstly, the ad is misleading. The header says 4 pack, but it contains only 2 pairs, not 4 pairs. Secondly, and more importantly, there's no stickiness in the heel cushion. So, it doesn't stick to the shoe sole as other heel cushions do. Not worth buying.

These are good for heel support with no pain. Sticky surface keeps them from scooting around in shoes. Very comfortable.

The last pair I bought had a sticker bottom. But the fit was good and the pain relief lifted a lil bit.
