In use for 2 months now - seems to work very well!
This is a well-made shower sump - a little larger than I expected (check the dimensions!) but as easy to fit as any other shower sump. The pump works well and pumps fast, and can hardly be heard. Sealed cover easy to unclip for cleaning.

Not good.
Heading for disaster when you rely on a float to keep the chamber empty…it didn’t and I ended up with a bilge full of water to pump out. Get a Whale gulper and spend more £££

Good with reservations
If you use shower gel with conditioner and some tooth pastes the grease in the gel etc sticks to the float and limits its float range of movement so the pump starts and stops every minute or 2. Needs cleaning regularly. The pump is easy to remove .Lift back off spigots and pull off pipe. Dont lose non rubber return valve.

In my application, I needed to fit an in-line one way valve.
Works well but didn't have a non return valve which it was supposed to have.

Must work every time
Unfortunately it was a bit hit and miss it would not always pump. I did return it it probably a good item but as there no more in stock so my replacement was from another manufacturer.

Faulty float switch
Purchased this product and after 6 weeks and it is broken, problem with float switch, either doesn't switch on or doesnt switch off

these worked great for my boat. i had to install two and these were so easy to install.

Works great.
For the last few years we have been living on a 1976, 44ft trawler. So there is a never ending list of things to repair. This unit here works great. Installation was easy. It's super quiet in comparison to the old unit. I'm going to get another one for the front shower. Make sure it is installed level. The auto off doesn't like being tilted.

Seems like a good little unit for the price
Unit arrived on time and in one piece and as described. We needed it for our cabin as the sewer froze so had to get rid of shower water. Works well for that. Seems well built. Gets rid of water in the tank/basin really quickly.
