Comes with no guide but not to difficult to work out but once on you will wonder why you bothered. It is a total waste of money. Typical Chinese rubbish Amazon should start identifying the origin of manufacturers so we can stay clear

Impossible for me, with my bad shoulder (the very reason I bought this) to get all the straps and velcro done up as I don't have that level of movement in my shoulder, if I did I wouldn't need this!
