We love this sauna bag! Let me address the comments about the zipper. This thing gets hot, if it had a metal zipper, it would likely burn you, hence the plastic zipper. So, yeah, you've got to be careful with the zipper. That being said, this heats up very quickly. To the point that it can easily get you sweaty, which is a great way to detox. The interior is easy to wipe down once you're done. And it easily folds back up and back into its bag for storage. I'm 6'4" tall and 270lbs I fit in it to the point where it basically covers my shoulders. There are those people who say it's best to keep from heating your heart. Especially if you have issues. But the main purpose is to help with circulation and oxygenation which doesn't require your whole body to be in it, your lower body is more than enough. At least, that's what I've found. It definitely helps reduce severity and downtime from injury or illness. We used to have a wooden far infrared sauna which was far more expensive, not easily moved, took up room in our living room and took way longer to heat up. We get all the same benefits from this without those negatives. And we can literally get 20 of these for less than what the wooden sauna cost us
