Applicator Doesn't Fit Base - Doesn't Work
The media could not be loaded. While I like the idea of this item, the design is completely flawed as other reviewers have mentioned. When trying to screw the applicator into the base, the top of the applicator is so long it prevents the thread from connecting with the base so the suction can't be secured (see my video). If you bypass this process by putting the applicator on the base first and then connecting the base to the windshield, it then doesn't secure to the windshield strong enough, so the resin applicator just leaks fluid during it he process. Unfortunately, this entire kit appears to be a knockoff of others that are only $1 or $2 more so it simply doesn't work. I will be returning this item and purchasing one of the slightly more expensive items that works. I have a feeling the company that produces this product hasn't actually tested it themselves since these issues would be avoided of the thread went all the way down on the applicator versus having a half an inch section with no applicator.

Screw on the applicator BEFORE you place it on the windshield with the suction cups
This item is a clone of another popular brand. I used it and it worked perfectly, but there is a trick to it.For the guys having a problem screwing on the applicator, just remember to do it BEFORE you apply the suction cups, not after. Also, there are two ways to screw it on. If it sticks out too much when you try to put the suction cups on the glass, then unscrew it, flip the suction cup part over, and screw it in again. If you look closely, you can see the threads are different on one side from the other. So there is nothing wrong with this version, you just need to use it correctly and you will save a couple bucks. However, if you are working indoors, or where there is no sunlight, get yourself a cheap UV flashlight to help in the curing process. Then just shine the light for about 2-3 minutes to cure the resin.Watch one of the many videos for this type of applicator if you are still in mystery about what is going on.

Garbage
All four supplied containers were dry. A couple of them had a couple of drops semi-dry gel like substance which couldn’t be used, other two had no liquid left at all.The repair harness itself is of the lowest quality, I have ever seen and I have probably done a dozen of windshield chip repairs with various kits before. The threads ‘bolt’ of the harness coupling are too shallow, the ‘bolt’ part of the harness fits too loosely and pops out before you can create an airtight pressure on the glass. Could be fixed with some Teflon tape, but without any usable resin in the package the whole kit is useless anyway.Total waste of time.

Works as it should
I've purchased those kit a few times and it works every time. With all of the construction going on around Dallas, we have debris hitting the windshield all the time and this seals it right back up.

Rasin glass repair
It is not like the add the chip in the glass disappears, but it will seal the glass so that it won't leak when it's raining also it looks a lot better.

Complete Rip Off!!
Almost nothing works as it should. As another reviewer mentioned, the suction cups keep the injector too close to the windshield, so the threads on the tube will not catch in the holder. You can make it work by installing the injector first if you can keep the suction cups on with the extra pressure. It doesn't matter anyway, because the injector doesn't really seal, so the resin just leaks out and doesn't fill the crack. Every single bottle tube I had was clogged with resin, trying to open the little bottle just makes a mess of everything. This kit is completely worthless.

Barely Works…
Small scratches from a rock. The product did fill them in, but not to a point were you can’t see them. Still clearly visible, see before and after photos. Also you need a UV light (not provided) or hours of direct sunlight to cure/ dry the resin. Clearly false advertising, but still did something. Might be worth it for some, as a cheaper option.
