Peep Show

I rarely leave comments....I always read blurbs and comments left from readers.What on earth was I reading...The amount of 5 star reviews I saw I'm starting to think how and why.Something isn't adding up.I'm sorry but this story wasn't for me I won't be reading anything from the writer again.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I picked up this one - I rarely if ever read the blurb, so my assumptions were way off! I had strip bar/ voyeurture club, some sort of look but cant touch rule that was broken... BUT boy was I delightfully wrong! Such a fresh and refreshing read, the plot original with levels of angst and heartache as well as emotional intensity, seediness and heat.. ok, not just heat but HEAT. There is sex on pretty much every page. I really enjoyed the characters and the layers to them both, it was more than just boy meets (or sees ;p ) girl, it was a great novel about self discovery, reflection and healing.

I started this with no real expectations of what it would be and I'm glad because it would have ripped them up and shredded them anyway. I have been more than mildly obsessed with this story and now I 've finished it I know I'm going to read it again. I've only done that twice before ever ! The intensity between Bebe and Miles from the first glance is crackling hot. Both are totally messed up but so human that you can't help but feel each emotion dragging you further in. Totally loved it !

I wish I'd read the reviews first.Before I'd started reading it.I would have known what this book was about.I've read plenty of dark books before but this isn't dark, its disturbedI don't get all the 5 star reviewsNot for me.

A wonderful story of broken dreams and of love strong enough to guide them, on a journey of forgiveness and acceptance. I found this book's account of mental illness really well written and loved the way, with the right person and with patient understanding, it can change from a negative way of life to a positive one. A must read.

I hated this book, yet I had to read it to the end. It was so messed up and disgusting, yet I needed to know how it ended. As messed up as it was, crude and sick....the underlying story was quite touching in a twisted way... it's worth reading past the first chapter to understand why....

I dark-ish story of two broken and flawed characters. I did find the book a bit of a slow start, and the fisrt half I little repetitive. But it really did come in to its own, and on a whole I did enjoy it.The sex scenes where hot... Rough, dirty and very steamy!It won't be to everyone's taste but I would recommend especially if you like a story with damaged characters and filthy sex ;-)Oh and Miles is super sexy!

I was surprised with the depth in this story,i really wasnt expecting to get so attached to the characters or to empathise with them. So much emotion so much pain and redemption bleeding through the words. Fantastic written excellence.
