A few weeks ago, I decided to purchase a balance board after a friend of mine told me that poor balance is one of the leading causes of injuries as we age. I ordered the board online and was excited to try it out as soon as it arrived. To be honest, my first experience was not great - my balance was terrible! However, I decided to stick with it and started using it for 20 minutes every morning while getting ready for work.After using the balance board for a bit over a week, I have already noticed a significant improvement in my balance and stability. I am amazed at how much of a difference this simple exercise tool has made in such a short amount of time. This board is exactly like the one I use at the local PT office. This is aiding in building strength and flexibility following reconstructive foot surgery.

Very Sturdy. It's a little smaller than the one I'm using in PT but perfect for home use. To make it more challenging, you can stand in two different positions. Great value.

I’m a running coach, and I used a wobble board for myself and my athletes. This board is well made, durable, and very sturdy, with a large surface area. I like to have my athletes turn their feet 45 degrees on the board for the some of the ankle muscle training, and some smaller boards don’t allow the guys with the bigger feet to go 45 degrees without their toes or heels hanging off. This one is deep enough for large feet and wide enough to use for push ups as well. I was really impressed with the quality for the price. It works on my hardwood, my carpet, and my semi-padded gym floor.

This item has been great. It is durable, easy to move and meets the needs of my purchase. The grip has been fine in socks or sneakers. It is very easy to use and I keep it right in front of my television. This is a good value for the money spent.

It looks OK, time will tell (August 2025). But I expected workout tips or a video online. Did I miss it? I would add another star if there is such a thing.PS my box was a repack.
