Does anyone know the size guide? I can't find this.

I bought a `M` and I would describe it as a genuine man-size medium; I generally take large ladies in jackets and this is on the very generous size on me but still wearable and it is a really good jacket.

Does anyone know the length of the sleeves and body in large size as I can’t find in the ad thanks

Does this have an internal sleeves? Or more so an elastic cuff at the wrist ?

There is an inner cuff that help keep the elements out. It’s stretchy but not elasticated. It’s a very sturdy, warm jacket. My husband wears it every day dog walking and it keeps him warm and dry.
