Disappointment
I hate to be "that guy" who gives a quality product a bad review but I, unfortunately, have to be honest about my experience with this particular product from Safariland. Firstly, I'd like to mention that I'm a full-time police officer and I trust my life every day with Safariland equipment. The duty holster that I use for work is the 6930 non-light bearing model for a Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm and it works exactly as it should. The retention is excellent and the draw speed is great (with training and reps). However, this particular model holster, the 6360 RDS, does not work well for my Sig P320; yes, I know for certain that I ordered the correct holster for my gun before anyone mentions it.I have a Sig P320 X-full chambered in 9mm. I purchased this RDS holster for this handgun as I plan on making it a dedicated pistol optics host. These holsters are supposed to work smoothly with or without a pistol optic mounted on the handgun. Inserting the firearm into the holster is smooth and easy, but drawing the firearm from the holster is a different story. Whenever I attempt to use the ALS system, the interior mechanism does not completely clear from the ejection port of the firearm, which prevents me from drawing the gun from the holster. No matter how far I sweep back on the ALS nub, the gun cannot be drawn free without first rocking the pistol back away from the mechanism and negatively affecting my draw stroke.I should not have to alter my draw stroke to successfully clear from the locking mechanism within the holster. The locking mechanism should simply clear from the firearm once I activate it. I've seen where others online have experienced this issue and have resorted to using a Dremel tool to shave down the material on the ALS system. I do not want to do this as I do not want to compromise the retention system of this holster for obvious safety reasons. Granted, this is only a range setup; however, I train the same way across all platforms for proficiency at work and this is not allowing me to do so.I would like to know what other Safariland products made for the Sig P320 would be better options than this particular offering. I would hate to be out another $150 - $200.

Holster does not met expectations
Safariland holster was not what I expected, disappointed. Usually they make good products, but what I received was diapointing. I have the MMP 2.0 4.5 it does not fit with the surefire grip switch, it actually damaged my surefire grip switch. Very disappointed in this holster and for the price, that should not happen.

weapon fits
This duty holster will fit your Glock with a light and red dot sight. The level 3 works.

Really nice for long duration seated position
I travel around alot and also work patrol. This helps reduce some discomfort of the holster being pushed up and into my side. I can just have it set to the high position and be very comfortable seated but lower it when not seated and be in a great draw position.
