Q: How do you use it? Do you have to wash your hair with the product every day? (like other products) is it necessary to buy the shampoo as well?

I actually bought it for my husband. He uses both the shampoo and the conditioner together but has stated that in the future he might just use the shampoo and maybe an different conditioner as the conditioner can sometimes make his hair a bit greasy. He LOVES the product, though!

Q: Is the conditioner with a white pump counterfeit?

I wouldn’t know since my conditioners all came with a black pump.

All I can say for sure is the gold seems to be helping my wife. Plus she is taking Viviscal hair vitamins. Also she uses a laser on her scalp. Keep researching for best results.

Q: How do I open the pump?

Both my recent order of shampoo and conditioner push dispensers would not open! I have not had this issue before and there was no "guard" underneath to pry off. My adult daughter and a neighbor also both tried. Love the product! Terrible mechanics!
