How thick is the sole without the insole?

I'm not sure measurement wise but if you've ever worn barefoot shoes such as Xero, Feelsground, or Groundies, these are thicker. They are also not quite as flexible. If you try to fold them, it folds more like a v or a squared u and very little twist to them.

Can these slippers Be washed and dried by machine

I washed mine on the gentle cycle but did not put them in the dryer. They held up so so. I’m still wearing them.

Once you tie them how you like you can slip them on and off easily.
