It’s perfect.
We installed this in our kitchen while doing a backsplash tile remodel. I love it. It’s functional and looks very high end on my wall.

Responsive customer service
I don't usually leave a review, but I have to give credit when credit is due. This pot filler installed easy with no leaks. About 3 weeks after installing we cooked a big meal on the stove and the pot filler got hot, it then started dripping. I reached out to the seller and they responded within 30 minutes even though it was after 8pm. They had me take a video and send it to them so they could see what was wrong, then promptly sent out replacement valves. Customer service was excellent.

Great Pot filler!
I bought this pot filler to install in my new created coffee bar. Worked out great. Installation was easy! The product swivels great and works really well. I haven’t had any leaks post install and the components were of great quality. I looked at several before I bought this one and it was worth the price. Overall great product!

Looks amazing and very functional
I read reviews before purchasing this pot filler. It is a very nice durable good quality faucet for the price I paid for it. Installation was easy and looks great and matches my other faucet. Very easy to use with the extended reach and the water flow is perfect. I would purchase again.

Can’t beat for the price
Installed a year ago, working good so far. Black finish is sturdy so far. Definitely cheaper than name brands but feels pretty solid and worth it

It will need Plumbing parts
It seems like a decent enough pot filler, but the 1/2" NPT fitting supplied in the box is hopelessly loose in the pot filler side, even when threaded all the way in, with copious amounts of sealing tape. Ours came with NPT straight thread; NPT can mean National Pipe TAPER or National Pipe THREAD, 2 series of the same thread. Using both the pipe tape supplied, and also Blue Monster pipe thread sealant over that, was still not enough to seal the thread on the pot filler side of the fitting, as it began leaking after about 24 hours. You will need to acquire a 1/2" MIP (Male Iron Pipe) brass nipple long enough to go through the wall and into the pot filler; apply plenty of pipe sealing tape, and go over that with pipe dope. So far, so good with ours. Good Luck!
