You must take it consistently for 3 months. That is when you noice you blood sugar has dropped drastically. Your a1c level will also drop drastically. My A1C dropped to 5 and my blood sugar is 70.

Been taking a month
Been taking this product for a month and haven’t notice any change in my blood sugars, I will carry on with it despite the expense to see if it works or not,

The product arrived the same day I ordered it, nice. As far as Glucoven is concerned, I have been taking it a month and have yet to see any lowering of blood glucose levels. Also, some reviews mention a boost in energy but I have seen no change in that either. I’m going to give it three months and if I don’t see any results, I’ll stop taking it.

Aalternative to metmorin
I've been using this, and I think this is actually better than the midformen I have been taking. I hope so

Didn't work.
I took this supplement to hopefully lower my blood sugar levels as advertised. The first month I took one a day as suggested but noticed no difference. For the last two weeks I have taken 2 a day as also suggested. Still absolutely no change. The only change I have noticed is that my wallet is a little lighter.
