At first I was like I hope I’m not getting into something that’s difficult to do but it was fairly simple to setup and the finished results was amazing. I have 5 more people inquiring about this box so I will be buying again for any of my future clients. I really appreciate the assistance and quality item you sell.

So cool! So pretty, good size, easy to assemble

Overall, this is a nice package for a special occasion. The roses in there aren't the highest quality, but they do have a beautiful scent of roses. The lcd screen is obviously the main attraction of this package. It plays as soon as you open the box while the aroma of the roses sets the mood.Once you plug this into your computer, you will find a few pre-made clips you can choose from or you can upload your own if you'd like. I wish there were more selections to choose from as the videos are put together pretty nicely, but I didn't find anything that was the perfect fit for my needs. I have the choice to create my own video from scratch, but the time it takes to do that, I'm not sure if this package if worth the price point. If we can do some edits to their clips or some of the texts of their videos, this would be an easy 5 star.Overall, it's a nice package if you are looking to get engaged, give this for christmas, or valentines day.

Unboxing and First ImpressionsUpon receiving the video gift box, the initial impression was underwhelming. The packaging, though well-intentioned, did not convey a sense of luxury. The box itself felt flimsy and lacked the sturdiness one would expect from a high-end product designed for a significant occasion like a wedding proposal. The exterior was adorned with a glossy finish that looked nice at first glance but did little to inspire confidence in its durability.Assembly and SetupSetting up the device was surprisingly cumbersome. The instructions provided were sparse and lacked clarity. For a product aimed at creating a memorable experience, the assembly process should have been straightforward and intuitive. Instead, it was riddled with confusing steps and unclear diagrams. I found myself repeatedly referencing the manual, which only added to the frustration.Screen QualityThe 7-inch LCD screen is one of the key features of this product, and it was a major letdown. Despite being advertised as high definition, the screen's resolution was mediocre at best. The colors were washed out, and the clarity left much to be desired. This was particularly disappointing given that the screen is central to the product's appeal. When displaying a video, the lack of sharpness and vibrant colors detracted from the overall impact. The screen seemed more suited to a basic digital frame rather than a high-end luxury item.Video PlaybackVideo playback was another area where this product fell short. The playback controls were awkward and unresponsive, making it difficult to navigate through the video. There was noticeable lag when trying to pause or rewind, which was frustrating during such a critical moment. The audio quality was equally subpar; the sound was tinny and lacked depth, making it hard to hear the message clearly. For a product designed to showcase a personal video, the lack of attention to audio and video quality was a significant drawback.Build Quality and DesignThe overall build quality of the box was disappointing. The materials used felt cheap, and the construction seemed flimsy. The hinges were poorly made and did not align properly, causing the lid to wobble when opened. The interior design was also lacking in elegance. The cushioning was sparse and did not hold the video screen securely. This led to an unstable presentation that undermined the intended luxury experience.Battery Life and Power OptionsThe battery life was another issue that added to the disappointment. It was short-lived, and the device required frequent recharging. This was problematic, especially during the proposal when reliability was crucial. Additionally, the power options were limited. The device did not come with a power adapter, leaving only the battery as a power source. This oversight could lead to unexpected interruptions if the battery runs out at an inopportune moment.

I understand why this box of roses is much more expensive than similar ones--because it has a video function. But the most important part of the gift is the roses, and these are cheap (see my photo) and do NOT have a scent, despite it being promised in the description (see my screen shot of the description). Not worth the money....

This is a great gift to have. Can upload several different videos of your own. It operates as soon as you open the box. Only downfall is the flowers. The flowers look and feel cheap. For the price they should of invested in better quality flowers.

This box is beautiful. The video/screen is SO high quality and perfect that you can add your own. I plan on gifting this to my mom for our pregnancy announcement. Will come back and post pics when I do that! It’s a fantastic size. And great price, so so worth it!
