Decent product. Does the job. Very compact. Water tank refilling is a little cumbersome as the machine is tightly sitting between some other gadgets in my kitchen, so everytime to refill, we have to remove the full unit and then do the refill. 1 negative star - had signed up for the Demo. Despite reaching out the team muiltple times, no demo was set-up. So am assuming aftersales service will also be equalty low.

Surprisingly, this critical issue is rarely discussed or highlighted. The machine is extremely expensive for what it offers, and when you consider that it is almost entirely plastic, the pricing feels unjustifiable. In effect, you are paying a premium for a product that lacks basic material safety. From a health, safety, and value perspective, this product is not recommended. I own this machine myself and genuinely regret the purchase. Even if offered at no cost, I would strongly advise against buying or using it.
