I think we got a bad one(maybe it didn't seal correctly?) so returned it but at first it was Amazing! The kids loved it! I like that it didn't start until it was placed in the pool so the kids wouldn't snack each other with it. He was flexible and fun to make swim all over the place with the remote forwards, backwards and turning. He was pretty quick too. I'll try again next year. The price wasn't awful.

I bought this as a gift for my godson, and he loved it instantly—even before trying it out. It looks amazing, and it’s even more impressive in the water. Highly recommend!

The shark worked well in pool. Had some interesting times with it. Not fast. Battery charging is annoying as you kind of need to know ahead of time if you’re going to use it. Many remotes like this, tho.

I have gotten 2 of these underwater toys for my son and both do NOT WORK!! ! 😞 WE are so sad about it! We got a submarine first and then the Manta ray! Both don't work now I have a sad 5 year old and 2 freaking 30 dollar toys that don't work!! Such a hassle buy something brand new and it not work! Then to have to return it like shouldn't the product be tested before packing and shipping!! Can't just assume all of them work! Obviously that's not true!! Any suggestions on how to make them work??

The boys went bonkers over this new pool toy, but.... they need to improve the battery, ALOT! The unit comes with two batteries, which is generous, but each is only good for about 15 to 20 minutes. It needs to have longer life batteries. The shark itself is very durable. It fell out of the package when opened, on to concrete. Didnt phase it at all. Fun to use, kids loved it. But was disenchanted after 1st 45 mins due to batteries used up.

So for how small this is and for the price point, I was expecting 5-8 minutes of playtime with it, but it last much much longer! My kids love it! I dives and swims just like a real stingray. Controls are easy enough for a 6y/o to play with it and a 10y/o to master it.
