easiest thing to assemble ever. did it on my own in less than 30 minutes. Soooo comfy as well. and feels very supportive.

Super comfy and sorts my lower back without issue.In terms of construction, I had a problem doing this by myself. It isn't complicated in any way at all, it's just got 2 really cumbersome pieces that are difficult to manage. But once I got my partner to hold a bit, it was a cinch.Arms lift up and down, height is adjustable, would be nice to set a recline, but you can't have it all when on a budget.

So my partner has had to work from home. I ordered this chair as she was working at our dining table and using the dining room chair. After about three days, she was getting back and neck pains. In her words she explain the chair as “It’s heaven”. It isn’t cheap, but quality doesn’t come cheap. I’m very pleased with the purchase and the quality is excellent. I can see this chair lasting for years.

I ordered the chair after a great deal of research. the chair arrived promptly which was good. Sadly the box had been damaged in transit. Upon opening the box is was clear it wasn't a new chair. I contacted the company who quickly responded and apologised. A new replacement chair was promptly sent out.The replacement arrived, also with a damaged box. In my opinion the box is too small and needs to be larger with more packing. Luckily when I opened the box and inspected the chair they all seemed fine. They were not perfect, some scratches etc around the edges of the back section, but for the price I wasn't going to bother mentioning it; albeit if it was at full price I wouldn't say it was worth it.Neither boxes had instructions but it is fairly easy to assemble, the only bit I needed to think about was which length of screw went where and where to to use the washers. I did contact the company who emailed me some instructions.Great communication, good chair, albeit some minor scratches, so far seems really comfortable (after 12 hours use).

Very good Amazon Warehouse purchase couldn't find anything wrong with it at all. Fiddly to put together could do with 2 people for certain bits but my boyfriend managed it on his own. Comfortable seat, useful arms which lift up, stylish and colourful, supportive back with good lumbar support, very pleased with it. My boyfriend was so impressed he ordered a red one the same from Warehouse and is also very pleased.

OK at this orice point it was never going to be anything special, and ‘Executive’ is most certainly isn’t. We bought this for our sone so he has his first ‘proper’ computer/schoolwork/desk chair and it certainly does that very well. The minimum height is 455mm rather than the 430mm stated (and this 455mm is in the box) so beware. With the arms up it just fits into a 23” gap between his drawer units so another good result there too.The reason for knocking a star off is the assembly. You will need to be really careful to ensure all of the bolts are correctly aligned and the threads running true before tightening ANY of them fully. There is just enough twist in all of the parts that it throws at least the last two bolts off true and they WILL cross thread unless care is taken. Releasing all bolts by several turns allows enough slack to get everything in its holes properly. Once all are correctly aligned however then it all clamps up tight without too much play in the rocking action. Don’t expect it not to rock a little, this isn’t a £900 professional ‘Executive’ chair after all. I know this because I have two of such in my home office.All in all though it’s a perfectly acceptable product that should last our son a few years I hope.

Was very irritating to assemble. The seat padding was good at first, however after 3 hours of time spent sat on it, I began to experience back pain. That coupled with a tilt mechanism that did not tilt beyond 10 degrees back prompted me to return it.Very disappointing for the price I paid (£126), my old chair was 60% the price, and is still more comfortable than this despite being 7 years old! I have gone back to using that one. I would advise you avoid this product.

A very comfy chair and easy to put together. My Husband aready has this chair so I know it will last and stay comfy. Great for the price and fast delivery
