Yes, the quality of the shoes is the best, unfortunately the size was small. Then I placed an order for exchange again. But the delivery agent did not deliver and mentioned the delivery in the Amazon app. And I called the delivery boy but he came back once and hung up when I told my name and area. I was hoping that Amazon would take action on them. And Amazon will make sure that doesn't happen again.

The sizing is all wrong. I ordered my usual size, but they were too tight in the toe box and too loose at the heel. No amount of adjusting the laces helped. It felt like I was wearing clown shoes that were two sizes too small.Customer Service:When I tried to return them, customer service was unhelpful and rude. They refused to process a refund, which was clearly due to their poor quality.They’re uncomfortable, poorly made, and fall apart quickly. Save your money and avoid this brand at all costs.

Weight is okay.Qualities not that good as I expect from Asian brand.Comfort is okay okay.Yeah there is a size issue you have to take one size bigger than your usual size.Soul was good.One thing I have to mention it - shoes are dirty like someone wears it and return it .

There is no doubt in saying that it's a beautiful product but when we come to its size for our feet ..then it will be seen that there is very small size from the chosen size ...but the number is written same and right.
