Cauliflower Power (2-pack) - Pickled cauliflower florets 16oz

* I am updating my review to reflect how the company addressed this issue. They reached out to me in hopes of remedying the problem. Without being asked to, they sent out a new package, which arrived in perfect condition. I'd like to clarify that I appreciate that the company uses recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials. The product itself is delicious. The herbs & spices used really enhance the cauliflower's taste. I greatly respect this company's dedication to customer service and absolutely recommend this product. This was a big 'nope' for me. One of the bottles arrived broken and the other was almost completely frozen. I'm assuming the package sat in some seriously cold weather long enough to do this damage. There was a sticker on the top of the box advising to open the package immediately as 'moisture from broken jars could cause mildew'...yeah, thanks for the heads up. To be fair, the bottles were individually wrapped in cardboard sleeves and packaged in biodegradable material. I think the company should rethink shipping these to cold climates in winter. I can't comment on how they tasted because obviously the contents of both bottles were inedible.

These are nice and spicy. They come VERY well packed.

We're giving this brand of pickled cauliflower 4 stars, because there's one odd quality: It's not white. The flowerettes take on a pinkish-brownish hue from the other ingredients. We're used to other brands of pickled cauliflower that remain white. "I'm sorry but it just looks dingy when you put this on a salad," my wife said. And I agree. We like to use such tasty foods to "top" a cottage cheese salad or even to "top" a tossed salad. The color, for us, is a bit off putting. Having said that, the actual flavor is very good. We're likely to be repeat customers.

A nice take on pickled cauliflower! You can definitely taste the peppercorn in the pickling agent. It's not as sour as I was expecting but thats not a bad thing. Still tastes very good! My dad loves them too

The flavor of the pickled cauliflower is remarkable. I use an afternoon snack. But having just one is not an option. It is clearly the best pickled vegetable I have ever tasted. I will be a constant consumer.

Unbelievable. Ingredients not in the advertising. Nowhere stated that jalapeños would be added. No warning of being spicy, and no returns accepted. Not everyone likes spicy foods! AND they are expensive. I love pickled cauliflower so I decided to splurge.
