I used these to move a 1200 lb piece of machinery on a level basement floor. Keep in mind that most will suggest using just 3 rather than 4 at a time, to make sure there's pressure on each foot. The layout of the equipment I was moving didn't allow that, but it's a good tip. Moving the machine one 4 meant that there was sometimes no weight at all on one of the 4 skates. That's because these have no suspension, no meaningful flex at all to distribute the load. They also need a troweled smooth clean concrete surface. That's true with any dolly like this. So all that said, with a little over a half ton load, they worked fine. Rotated easily under load, the bars were easy to adjust and necessary to swivel, and the skates rolled smoothly. It's the only way to move heavy stuff around a shop.

Alright, so, I gotta say that THIS…is the ultimate item for moving machinery. I have moved around a dozen lathes, and 6 milling machines. All between 12x36 imports, to 14x40 Clausing, Bridgeport and a Gorton mill (much heavier than a Bridgeport but same size) all without these dollies. I just used emt pipe lengths and would struuuuugle. I’m mostly by myself too. So lots of straps, grunting, and back pain the following day. Well, so I end up scoring a Monarch 10EE lathe, and for anyone wondering what that is, it’s THE pinnacle of tool room lathes. Beautiful art deco styling, and very very expensive to fix. So I ponied up for some skates after watching ox tools review on yt. I was able to get the machine on the skates, by myself in about 10 minutes and onto the trailer in about 10-15 minutes. No issues, no complaints, and absolutely safe as could be. They are so stable I had to put my trailer into the driveway cockeyed a bit and thought I’d have a bit of a tough time getting the lathe out from the trailer..nope. Easy peasy. If you’re looking at possibly buying these or the other named branded ones without the rubber wheels…but these. They’re so much better. And if you’re kicking this buy around and not sure if they’re worth it…they ARE SO WORTH IT.

Moved a 1,500lb piece of exercise equipment across the garage and back to modify floor mats with the skates plus a toe jack. Wheels were effective, rolled well and didn't get bogged down in cracks. If you are moving something on solid concrete you might do well to get the pry bars to angle the skates, but in my case they would have just caused binding with the mats. If you have any incline at all make sure you can stop the thing from rolling away.

They work as advertised. I used them to move a 5000+ forklift and they worked perfectly. Need a good flat smooth surface though

Very poor design. If two wheels swivel under the plate it will tip over and the axle barrels will dig into the floor. Terrible Quality control. I ordered three units. One of the units was missing two large washers and one snap ring that hold the wheels on. When I lifted the unit from the box, one of the wheels fell off and nearly broke my foot. Awful customer service. I tried to contact the manufacturer and had no luck after several attempts. No more Vevor products for me.

Used these to move my Bridgeport mill. They could easily handle it Tip, is to get the handle with them as turning is constantly needed.

Extremely stable & well built fire perfectly with two skate from the same company. For safety reasons I would add a finger guard to the handles or a metal 'V' on the handle bar itself to stop the handle going straight to the floor.
