Substantial size
Great little bag. Very thick and well insulated. It's got a zip on the side for you to put a phone in. It's large enough for you to pack a substantial packed lunch in there. So sandwich, drink, dessert and maybe a bag of crisps.

Nice but bag creased
It's a nice bag and looks like it will do the job, but it arrives folded up tightly in a box so the material was creased. I don't know if they will come out so the bag looks much better in the picture than it actually is.

Ideal size for lunch
Thos is an ideal lunch bag, not too big or too small, I can fit lots of items in it. Easy to carry and very well made, it keeps my food cool for hours, I haven't tried it with warm food items. I'm very happy with it.
