Victorinox Swiss Classic Multicolored 3-Piece Paring Knife Set

Ah, yes. My wonderful paring knife. My husband gets nervous because I like to take comically large knives to my desk to cut my apples. I bought this set as a compromise. They work shockingly well for the price. They are the perfect level of sharp. These are some of the best little knives I have ever used. I love that they come in fun colors. The handles are holding up well with constant use. They work extremely well for slowly chopping slices off an apple at your desk. 10/10 would recommend. They are also husband approved!

I absolutely love this set of paring knives. Each one is razor-sharp right out of the package and makes everyday kitchen prep quick and easy. Whether I’m slicing fruit, trimming vegetables, or handling small cutting tasks, these knives perform flawlessly. The multicolored handles are not only fun but also make it easy to tell them apart. Each one of these 3 knives, are well-made & extremely helpful in the kitchen. The serrated paring knife is excellent when working with small to medium size potatoes. It cuts through them cleanly & easily. The 4.5" knife is excellent for cutting bread & homemade rolls. The straight edge paring knife is excellent for coring apples or peeling fruit or vegetables of any type. I do highly recommend wearing a cut-resistant glove, as these knives are very sharp. Also, for added safety, we paired these with 4.5" pink Ergo Chef knife guard. This will protect the knife edge & also your fingers! All in all, an excellent purchase. Highly satisfied.

I really appreciate the quality and the sharpness of the knives. They grip and securely in my hand and they cut easily. The blades are thick enough to be stable and not suddenly bend, so cutting is easy! Very sharp compared to the low cost store bought ones!

This set of knives are very useful. They arrived as advertised , well/safely packaged and quickly. We have only had them for one day so I can't comment on longevity yet however I can say they are extremely sharp and perform wonderfully.

Victorinox are well made and super sharp. Always a top choice for budget pro knives. They come sharp, these blades are very thin, and they hold an edge well. The handles on these are better? (I think). I bought these to replace a 30 year old Victorinox knife from a professional kitchen. (Only because it snapped from hard use after 30 years.) I really like the old no frills flat handles. They fit perfectly in my drawer. The new handles are more ergonomic for sure, but don't fit quite the same. I also liked the logo on the blade on my old knives. A minor complaint. The shorter knives in this set have the logo on the handle, and on the sticker. The long serrated knife has the logo on the blade. I was shocked at how dull my old Victorinox had become. I don't put it to the stone often and it did a great job for me. The new knives showed me how much better they can be. After three weeks of daily use I see no change. These really are one of the best knives you can buy.

OMGoodness.......these knives with coloured handles are absolutely brilliant! I first bought them quite some years ago at Lakeland, when they were selling them on behalf of Victorinox, and I've loved them ever since, for their ease of handling, efficiency, everything it says on the tin....well box! After all these years of continued use they had, understandably, become less sharp, so I was quite disappointed to say the least when I found that Lakeland no longer sell them, so with a bit of thought I discovered they can be bought from Victorinox through Amazon - Yay!! I've even purchased multiple boxes for family gifts they are that good and sharp! The coloured handles mean you can co-ordinate their use for meat, vegetables, fruit etc, if you so wish. Also, a great size if (carefully) encouraging children, adolescents to cook/prepare meals with you. So reasonably priced too, go and look at their other products 👍 Totally recommend.
