What is the country of origin of this product? Its packaged in California but where is it coming from?

Hi Andreea, Great Question! Our KSM-66 Ashwagandha is organically grown in India. KSM-66’s maker is the only ashwagandha manufacturer in the world with its own farms, production facilities, testing laboratories, research center and distribution.KSM-66 was chosen as the recipient of “SFE-Herbal Industry Leader Award” 2016, Frost & Sullivan 2014 “Product Innovation in Botanicals” award, “Best Botanical Ingredient” award for 2013 at Natural Products Expo West and “Innovative Ingredient of the Year” award for 2012 at Panacea. The Organic KSM-66 Ashwagandha is capsulated for Fresh Healthcare in California, USA.

why do you bother using vegan capsules when ksm-66 uses milk in the extraction process ?

Hi Joseph, thanks for your question. We have been informed by our supplier that the best Ashwagandha KSM-66 we use does not involve milk in the extraction process. Hope that helps :)

Is this 100% ksm-66 or a mix with other ashwaghanda powder ? i notice other brands say theirs have 1000 ashwaghanda and 300 ksm-66.. not really potent

100% ksm-66 with some black pepper

Why isn't the 5% Withanolides listed on the label?

I can see it on the fine print on the label.
