I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these watches. I have purchased this watch multiple times in bulk, and every time I have received defective pieces. Out of every 4–5 watches, at least one turns out to be faulty. This has happened not just once, but three times repeatedly. This clearly indicates a serious quality-control issue. Receiving defective products again and again is frustrating and causes both financial loss and unnecessary hassle with returns and replacements. I expected better quality and proper quality checking before dispatch. I would strongly recommend the seller to improve quality control and check every piece properly before shipping. I am very disappointed with this repeated experience.
