Amazing. Best purchase ever
I thought the price was a little sketchy but I really needed a MacBook for school. It didn’t turn on at first, but it was fully dead. It came with a charger and didn’t have the apple box with the MacBook. However, it came safe and sound. This is the 2nd time I bought from Amazon refurbished and I’m satisfied. Thank you so much. Amazing. Wonderful. I am a lucky bunny.

Bad bad refurbish...
I bought a refurbished 2016 macbook air a couple years ago, and it was excellent. It's still running excellent. This one glitched from setup and kept on freezing. It seemed suspect from the beginning because the usual title Macintosh HD was labeled mac—very suspect. So, I returned it and wound up buying a brand new macbook air. Very disappointed.

Great company and product
The first Macbook air I ordered from Chrome Source arrived with a missing right arrow key. But, the company was great in accepting my return with refund - and the replacement is perfect. I really love it. Fast, great screen, etc.

It came in perfect condition and is still working great a couple weeks later! It came a day early, battery life is great, charger is good, and customer service is very nice and timely. Worth the money 100%.

Poor Packaging
Bought this for college, and while it works fine it gets extremely warm as soon as I open it. However this rating is based on the packaging alone. It came in a cardboard box alone with one small square of bubble wrap that would not stop any damage to the computer. So even though the computer works so far, I would not recommend this seller due to the gamble of whether or not your computer is going to be damaged upon delivery or not.

Computer had hidden problems!
Would not buy from this seller ever again. Laptop was sold with more damage than in the listing. Within two weeks of purchase, the computer began to have battery problems. Upon close inspection of the computer the entire laptop had a color-matching sticker placed over it! To apparently hide more damage or other problems. Customer service has been poor. Communication with the seller was slow. Initially requested 1/3 money back for misleading discription and now trying to recoup my entire payment.

Keyboard malfunction
This laptop was defective. The key board was not working properly for many keys, not allowing proper use. One hint afterwards of the problem was when I realized that the keyboard didn’t not light up evenly. A fact that I found out only after using it. In the future I will request pictures of the keyboard turned on.

Works great for price!!!
100% worth it for the price. I will say I do ALOT with this laptop. I am a college student and I play the sims and own a lot of packs and mods which require a high functioning laptop. It’s fast and up to date only minor issues that aren’t really important to me. It does get hot and the fans get loud but I experienced that with my old MacBook brand new from Apple. Also some of the keys needed to be replaced which I found on Amazon for under $15.
