This is a fantastic, customized product. My customization details were followed perfectly. The seller notified me immediately of a slight shipping delay and checked to make sure I did receive the package. The quality is top notch. This was gifted to my Mom for Mother's Day. I had a picture she loves of my daughter used as the background and added a saying about granddaughters. If I hadn't added the grandchild saying, I might have ended up keeping it myself. I would 100% order from Leecum again and recommend them to all. Just be sure to give ample time for delivery as it is customized and not already sitting in a local Amazon warehouse. It was packaged carefully for protection and arrived in perfect condition. It is the most carefully packaged item I've ever received. I love this clock because it has a cover over the dial and face to keep out dust. This was a wonderful gift and the recipient was thrilled.

I decided on this clock for several reasons, the original being that it was SILENT. If there's one thing I can't stand, it's the sound of clocks ticking. I know that's weird, but I'm OK with that. A *customizable* silent wall clock was a total win-win. My *only* complaint is that the printed version of the photo I chose is darker on the clock than it appeared on my monitor, so the black numbers and black hands don't show well between 9-1. When choosing a photo, try to choose one that's overall light (for black hands/numbers) or overall dark (for white hands/numbers). You'll be glad you did. Overall I am thrilled with my purchase, even though it took about a month to arrive. Being that it came from China, and the seller's communication was stellar--not to mention the outstanding packaging other reviewers have mentioned--the wait time was no big deal.

Overall I am very pleased with my custom clock. The print was almost perfectly centered (off by 1-2mm which is completely understandable and within tolerances). The clock has a sweeping second hand, which means it is smooth and does not 'tick'. The glass is crystal clear. It arrived triple padded with excellent packaging for the long journey. If I am ever in need of another custom clock this will be my first stop.

Nice to see craftsmanship. It turned out very nice, we ordered two clocks with similar pictures at the same time. They were both scaled so they would match each other. The shipping was extraordinarily well packaged. This thing could’ve fallen out of the plane and I guess, it would’ve still been fine. Thank you, well done.

Our office has two conference rooms that our CEO wished to have clocks in. In my searching I stumbled upon this item and thought it would be brilliant to have our company logo on the clock. We wanted two and were worried two separate orders would somehow look different from the upload process. The seller was immediate in their reply that they would use the same image. Due to snow storms and pandemic, the seller was also communicating with me every few days to let me know the status of the order, and wanted to make sure it arrived after it said delivered. I cant tell you how pleased everyone in the office was with they way they turned out. The image was sharp, true to color, and the boss was very impressed. Thank you so much!

The product looked great! Unfortunately the glass didn’t make it and is the only reason I’m giving this 4 stars. My clock came in 5 days early, and in, other than the glass, great condition. The packaging was actually great, I’m not sure how the glass didn’t make it. Great product, and I’m sure the glass doesn’t always break.

This time piece is all about the gift for a father that loved his Bassett like his child that he raised from a baby until 15 years. The clock is beautiful and will hang in his bathroom. Thank you for getting the clock delivered before Father's day.

First of all, the packaging materials used to deliver our 3 clocks was like nothing we'd ever seen before! It was so sophisticated and amazing that we carefully took it apart and saved it. It is sure to come in handy when shipping something fragile. Now, the clocks themselves were of such an impressive quality that everyone in our company stopped what they were doing to just come over and look at them. Our logo was clear, there were no scratches or dings, they all worked seamlessly and the batteries were even included. We've spent far more money on clocks with zero wow factor. I mean, who really LOOKS at a clock? Well, we're all looking now! Our customers are even commenting on them with "Nice clock!" comments. Great product!

The clock works very well. I've only had it for 3 days so far but it seems to keep perfect time. The picture l chose for the face is exactly as clear and focused as I sent it. It's going to make a great addition to my rec room wall.
