American layout means @ and " keys are swapped. Good for youngsters building their setup affordably
It's a cheap mechanical keyboard that looks nice. Being cheap it won't get the top-end performance or have the longevity of the more expensive ones, but that level of performance isn't really needed for the majority of gamers/users. It's good for kids/teenagers who want to build an affordable gaming set up that looks and sounds good. You're not gonna see top-flight e-gamers using it competitively, but most people aren't playing at that level. Also, it seems like YouTube gamers are training youngsters that the click-y ASMR sounds from a keyboard are important/something to go for, so on that basis blue-switches are the most "clicky" sounding (and from what I hear, the most desirable) - but at the same time, they are less performant than red switches (the quieter ones). Again this performance is not going to be noticable for most gamers, but good to keep in mind when choosing if you want to go for sounds or max performance.Anyway, the most important thing to note for me - this is American layout (as it clearly says, and I bought in full knowledge) - but this basically means the @ and " keys are swapped, so if you use this with a UK setup machine you will have to mentally adjust!
