Great customer service. The first set of socks that I got the quality was not so great the company had contacted me and quickly sent me out replacements. 100% better quality on this set they're soft great elastic.I love these socks. I have severely cracked heels that bleed. The first night I put these on after a shower slept in them woke up took them off of my feet and I could feel my heels softening at this point I would say by 75% softening. They really are comfortable on my heels long story short by the end of the fourth night my heels were soft and the cracks were healed. I just wish the material in the sewing was made better. I will be requesting a refund and maybe looking for a different brand.

I was desperate. Going sockless and being unable to get my pedicures had wrought havoc on my feet, specifically my heels. I truly had no idea how bad it had gotten until I experience a stabbing pain in my left heel. My heel had cracked! There was a rather deep fissure. I was horrified. I immediately soaked my feet and pulled out ye ole foot rasp in an attempt to lower the calluses. It helped, some. But it was soo deep. I applied heel balm with socks but at night my feet get hot and a kick them off. So that wasn't helping. That is when I found these gel heel open-toe socks. I wasn't expecting much for $11, but I got 4 pair in the pack and thought what the heck. They have worked wonders in only a few days! My heels are soft. I wore them at night and day. Just try them. You will not be disappointed.

No overheating feet for those of us who need to have one foot out of the covers for air conditioning. Slip in and out of flip flops, sandals, and slippers for continuous day wear. May need occasional adjustments depending upon your activity level, but worth the trouble for the results. Tried all the expensive diabetic foot creams, but inexpensive vaseline and these socks are keeping my feet in very good condition.

I bought these to help heal some seriously awful cracking on my heals. These gel heel socks have been great! I hate sleeping with socks on, but I needed to cover my heels while I was sleeping with the medicine on them. These socks worked awesome for that! My feet didn't get hot while I slept and the medicine on my heel stayed on my heel and not on my sheets. Walking on the gel heel was also really nice. My heels hurt so badly that walking was miserable, but these gel heels--even thin--provided a really surprising amount of comfort while walking! They did run a little tight though--they fit my feet, but they felt a lot like wearing compression socks.

These are exactly what I was looking for! They keep my heel cream in place while I sleep and give some added cushion while waking around. I only wear them at night and around the house, so I don’t know how they would do in shoes. When I first put them on they are a little slippery, but then they are fine for walking around the house. Before I purchased I was very concerned about washing them, but I put them in the washer and dryer and have had no issues.

Comfy socks for sleeping, but even wearing them all night with heel balm for days in a row, my desert feet are still cracked and painful. Living in Arizona and now in Colorado, and wearing sandals a lot, my feet just get really dry. They are a lot better than sleeping in socks - I don't like regular socks at night and these solve the problem.

I bought these to have open toes to paint my nails. I didn't know they were going to have a moisturizing piece in the heal. Extra bonus!!!! Maybe I didn't read the description well enough, ha!. But I have always had horrible chapped and cracked heals so this has helped me keep them moisturized at the same time with lotion while I paint my toenails. Have already recommended this to my mom and sis. great buy! Very soft and well made. I would buy again

You just don’t see this kind of caring very often! Will definitely do business with this company again since the socks work so well and the customer service is spectacular! By the way, the original socks that fit have been well used and through the washer/dryer many times and no complaints. Thank You!Inconsistent sizing. Blue and gray pairs were perfect. Loved the fit and the cushiony gel heel. Pink pair not such a good fit. One sock fit, the other was tight. Thought it might be me so I switched feet, same result. Black pair — couldn’t even get on. Much too small. Will not order again, even though really liked the blue and gray pairs. (I wear women’s size 9 shoe)
