I was surprised how much I liked it!! I have owned wheel exercisers before and found them wobbly and unstable. I feel safer using this so actually USE it... unlike previous single wheel ones that just gather dust then go to the charity shop!!

Easy to use, but the pad fell out after couple of uses

This item is an excellent purchase great exercise for shoulders arms & abs - your weight is supported on the pads I’m 74 years young and found it a great exercise unit already I can feel a difference in my stomach muscles & shoulders - great value I would recommend this to anyone

The media could not be loaded.  Read all the reviews and this seemed like an easy way to tone abs. Too soon to give it more stars 🌟 but feel the pull on my first work out so fingers crosses. The retract on this definitely helps unlike the other ab wheels that are out there.

Great piece of kit

Easily put together glides easily I’ve only used it once but I shall try to keep having a go

Its helping me get some sort of experience of using my abs which since being a mummy of 2 children within the space of a few years left me with a bit of a jiggle in the mid area which i wasn't happy with so i am trying to do something about.Its made well and seems to help me which i can't complain about but i am not a pro with this exercise stuff.

Il rullo per addominali Onetoall arriva in una confezione molto completa, corredato di un mini tappetino per le ginocchia, quattro cuscinetti per gli avambracci, due più altri due di riserva, ed un foglio di istruzioni per il montaggio, invero un po' scarno. In abbinamento è incluso un piccolo anello elastico a nastro, di qualità abbastanza bassa. Pur essendo semplice da montare e quasi tutto ad incastro, le piccole immagini non sono di grande aiuto e, se non si presta la dovuta attenzione, c'è il rischio di montare le staffe laterali al contrario. Nulla di grave, è facile tornare indietro, ma istruzioni con immagini un po' più grandi e precise sarebbero state preferibili. Una volta assemblato l'attrezzo trasmette in ogni caso una sensazione di robustezza molto buona, percezione confermata anche durante l'utilizzo. Dopo qualche sessione di allenamento ho comunque avvertito un carico di lavoro maggiore sui muscoli lombari che sugli addominali. Valutate dunque un eventuale acquisto anche in base ai gruppi muscolari che intendete allenare prevalentemente. Infine una grande, grossa avvertenza. Ingenuamente, vedendo i rulli gommati, ho pensato che potesse essere un attrezzo rispettoso dei pavimenti delicati, come ad esempio il parquet. Purtroppo così non è stato e, mio malgrado, allego le foto del mio pavimento rigato. Ho poi appurato che la causa è stata la parte in plastica dura del bordo, non perfettamente rifinita. Almeno mi sono accorto quasi subito della cosa. La raccomandazione dunque è quella di utilizzare l'attrezzo su un pavimento resistente, ad esempio di marmo o piastrelle, oppure di mettere sotto una stuoia od un tappeto. In conclusione valuto la realizzazione ed i materiali a quattro stelle, l'efficacia a due e la sicurezza d'uso (pavimenti) anch'essa due stelle. Facendo una media generica il risultato è quindi di tre su cinque.

Un bon produit mai j’ai l’impression qu’il à déjà servis je vois de trace au niveau de roues et les poignées, mai je garde qu’à même je ne pas envie de la retourner ça m’embête
