Yes, the lobster clasp comes attached to the cord as shown in picture.

Q: does this fit like a choker if wrapped around twice?

A 14" or 16" is considered a choker length. If you would like to double the necklace best to measure your neck circumference (use a string or strip of paper, mark where ends meet then take off and measure with a ruler), double that measurement and add a couple inches for breathing room.

Q: What is the cord diameter? I want to put my late dogs tags on it

The diameter is 2mm. Make sure the seller is listed as Loralyn Designs. There are knock off sellers on this listing and we cannot guarantee what you will receive if you buy from them..

Q: How do you affix the pendant?

You make sure the pendant can slide over the end of the necklace that doesn't have the lobster claw closure.. It's not a "make your own necklace" kit, it's just a corded necklace.
