Vitamin D Tablets by NutraKing (32 Day Supply) - Vitamin D 1000iu with Vitamin D K2 for Absorption, Immune System Support, Joints, Skin & Muscles.

I have been taking vitamin D for years but I was looking to add vitamin K to my diet. I like this product very much as it has vitamin K2 alongside the vitamin D3, to help with absorption.These are great value for money too, and are an easy size to swallow, which is important to me.

UPDATE: The seller offered a refund despite this being a Vine transaction and I honestly cannot fault them for their service. Fantastic customer support. for obvious reasons there's no need for a refund here since this was through Vine but I really appreciate the effort **..on the surface considering such a low price.I would however say that as with many things you do get what you pay for.This is a very low dose of D3 per capsule, each one containing to the tune of 1000iu of D3 whereas most decent tablets will provide 3000-4000.I've read some reviews stating things such as '3000-4000iu is way over the RDI, and isn't needed' and all I would say is there are plenty of studies to disprove that, and show that a dose in that range is hugely beneficial - but please do your own reading 🙏The caps also contain other needless ingredients such as anti caking agents etc, not particularly harmful but also of no benefit to your body either. I like to go by a fairly simple rule of, the shorter the list of ingredients the better (yes there are plenty of d3 alternatives without anti caking agents).Additionally I can't see any signs that the Vitamin K2 is Mk-7, which basically means it's a lower quality version of K2 with lower efficacy, due to it's lower halflife and bio availability vs the Mk-7 version.You can look at this and say it's a few pounds and good value, and this is definitely better than not supplementing Vitamin D, and if that price makes it more affordable - great.But you can pay £3-4 for a months supply of this, or you can pay £15-£20 for a 3-4 month supply of a better quality higher dose vitamin D3 + K2 Mk-7, which only ends up a few extra £ per month.

I have been trying various Vitamin D products, as they are supposed to help with your immune system and to help prevent those winter sniffles etc and also help clear them up quickly if you have not been taking any.Having tried a number from various shops including high street health food shops, I was finding that they were not doing what I had expected. I found out from research that many of the brands I had been trying were either not strong enough or were mixed with other ingredients that didn’t help with what I actually wanted these tablets to do.I tried these by chance and to be honest I wasn’t expecting much but I have been taking them for nearly 2 weeks now and I am very happy I tried them. Indeed, I have the whole family taking them every day now. It really does help to make your immune system stronger and to deal with those constant winter bugs that are so easy to pick up even from just being outside. I would highly recommend these Vitamin D supplements and I am very glad that I got the chance to try them. I take these with a number of other vitamin tablets daily and find that these add to the overall benefit that I am giving to my body. Even my son noticed the difference, which is saying something as he never bothered taking vitamins before but he is feeling the benefits.

Higher dosage than the generic pharmacy brand multivitamins I used to take.Capsule format makes them easy to swallow with liquid and they don't really taste of much (a hint of being slightly sweet to me)Convenient box size as well, I only have this to take so don't need a massive pill organiser if I'm away from home, and this slips easily into a bag pocket to take with me.Much better option than what I was taking!

The vitamin D3 content at 1000IU is low for price (£5/mth, purchased in Dec '23), but this does include K2. I found it easy to swallow with its flavourless capsule. Blister packaging makes it easier to carry with you when traveling.

Is this the most reasonable price on the quality Supplements marketplace? Capsules (so much preferable to tablets). No nasties. Blister packed. Current price £3.99 for 32 caps.I imagine that by now everyone knows we urgently need a good level of vitamin D intake, and we are not going to get that from the sun in the UK in Winter. Perhaps not so many have learned that vitamin K is important to help us absorb our vitamin D supplements. I have been taking vitamins D & K separately, but I suffer from having to swallow too many prescription meds plus supplements every day. I am relieved to have discovered these two in one caps.

As the winter months draw in, this is a good source of vitamin D at a modest dose of 1000IU per capsule. The capsules are large but smooth so i had no trouble swallowing them, but they're slightly larger than generic paracetamol so bear that in mind.
