So very apologetic on behalf of FedEx, and for my dismay with the delay. They confirmed with me that I still wanted the boots (I ordered another from a different company so I could try a couple of options), and they shipped them out the next day. Within the week I received the replacement boots. Outstanding customer service, and excellent communication! About the boots, I ordered the bluish grey ones with the coral details, and when I say the item image is exactly what you get.... I don't think I've ever really seem colors that match EXACTLY as the desertcart image presented 😂 I mean it's exact. And I LOVE the color combination. I was concerned about ANY boot fitting too tightly around my foot (I have wide feet), but these actually fit perfectly for wide feet, so that's another big win. I wear a 7 and the 7 got me perfectly, so also true to size. As with most new shoes, I was expecting some amount of discomfort in the initial wear until I got them broken in, but I've just walked a local bridge in 94° with 76% humidity using wool socks for about 2 miles and my feet don't hurt in the slightest. I bought these for an upcoming trip out to Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Arches, Canyonlands, etc, and I'm really excited to have found a pair of hiking boots that fit well and didn't break the bank. Thank you so much!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A NOVICE HIKER (I've done quite a bit of hiking and backpacking through Torres del Paine, Appalachian trails, canyons, etc, these are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned). Review: Perfect fit! - These waterproof were a last minute purchase before a week of fishing in the Canadian Bush. I had rain boots, but saw these and took a chance on these since they would arrive the day before I departed. WOW! They were a perfect fit. I did not have to wear them for several days to break them in; they were ready to go. I wore them fishing for over 8 hours for 5 days straight and my feet never got wet nor did I have any pain. I was first attracted to them because of the price, but expected them to be somewhat cheaply made. I was wrong about that as well. As long as you are not going to be in water over the boots, the are 100% waterproof. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a stylish waterproof boot. The only downside I could see is the width. A previous review said they ran wide. I have long narrow feet, so they were a little on the wide side, but did not make that much difference to me at all.

Very comfortable working boots ("working" is solely for my purpose of buying them)
I bought them for my small gardening business as i need to "rotate" multiple set of boots between jobs as they get muddy and dirty fast. These shoes are very comfortable, fit as expected, waterproof, easy to wash, and they are sturdy enough to step on a shovel when needed. Worked multiple 4 hours sessions in them already in dry and rain conditions. Wear and tear over longer period of time is still to be determined but so far very pleased. I assume they are awesome for hiking as well as my feet didn't get any problem or sore spots after many hours of walking and working and I just forgot about them which means boots are comfortable. Update - minus star - Laces teared up after month of heavy use and washing, but boots themselves are holding good so far.

Waterproof, great and pretty.
I love that they are waterproof so can be used in snow, with good socks I didn't feel any cold in my feet (and I was in -1°F)even playing in very deep snow. They are fashionable too, I loved the gray. The fit was perfect. I had to wear them a couple of days before my trip just to get used to the high anckle(I usually wear running shoes, not hicking boots) but they are very confortable. I am very glad I bought them for the snow trip and to continue to wear them.

Fasten Those Laces!
Growing up, I remember there was always that one adult watching--no, waiting--like a hawk anticipating the moment when it could swoop down and strike its prey, screeching all the way, "Tie your shoelaces!" Naturally, as a kid, who will almost without a doubt always be a kid, I placated the harpy dismissing their wisdom. Now, as an adult, I realize how important it is to fasten those laces. Any orthopedic surgeon or podiatrist will agree. Properly tied shoes provide a number of benefits from alleviating pressure points, minimizing blisters and bruising, and supporting your arches. That being said, I walk... a lot. That means I go through shoes... a lot. As such, finding a reasonably-priced, durable shoe can be difficult, hence my reason for purchasing these boots. And while they are durable for every day wear-and-tear in numerous weather conditions, my main gripe is concerning its eyelets. They're a lot like webbing eyelets but metal. (And yes, that's what they're called. I looked it up.) No matter how I tried, I couldn't fasten the laces securely. The eyelet design doesn't provide sufficient slip and pull to tighten the laces so my feet have a lot of room to move. Also, during my efforts, the laces broke. It would have been a better design to have D-ring or hooked eyelets which would have provided better slack. They'll suffice for now until I've sufficiently worn them out but rest assured I won't be making the same mistake twice. Meanwhile, keep walking, stay safe, and be excellent!

Way too sloppy for serious hikes!! Just splurge and buy the better boots!
Did not like these boots at all. I ordered a half size up from my normal size, expecting to wear heavy socks with them when I tried them on at home, they were very sloppy feeling around my ankles and arches... like I just couldn't tie them tight enough. Took them on some easier hikes around my home and they were just 'ok'... again, they felt really sloppy but I attributed it to not wearing thick socks. My toes felt ok in the toe box as again, I sized a half size up from my normal size, anticipating that I would be wearing heavy socks for anh serious hikes. The real test came when I climbed Cascade Mountain in the Adirondacks.... Oh my, what a nightmare!! Even with the thicker hiking socks, my feet were sliding around. I could not tie them tight enough. We had to ascend and descend a few rock scrambles and I was NOT confident in my footing. The descent was even worse and these boots made it miserable. Sliding down, my toes were jammed into the toe box and my feet were sliding around inside. I could not tie them tight enough to keep my arch and foot in the proper position inside the boot. The poor arch support became painfully evident on the decent too. Please do yourself a favor and spring for the more expensive, name brand boots if you are going to be doing anything more than a flat, paved hike. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Beware
Unfortunately they did not fit, and the company, not Amazon does not offer an exchange, in fact to return them for a refund it would have cost me$6.00 but Amazon is an amazing company and worked with me so I didn't have to pay to be refunded. So my advice is order a 1 size larger, if that doesn't fit then talk with Amazon about a refund that might be able to help waive a fee. I personally loved the shoes but after the ordeal I went through realizing the company is sketchy I will not buy from them again.

Worked well for a 12mile Hike
I ordered these on Monday for an all day hike on Saturday. The terrain was predicated to be and was very muddy. So normal tennis shoes wouldn't work. I ordered these to help me climb the muddy trails. They came in on time and I wore them all day on Saturday. Very comfortable for a 12 mile hike and I didn't loose my grip and fall at any time during my hike. I had to go through several small creek and my socks stayed dry. I did order a 1/2 larger due to comments about wearing 2 pairs of socks and the size I chose was perfect. I met up with a hiking group and several of the ladies had the same shoe. One of the ladies complained about the shoe laces braking but I didn't have that problem.

Perfect boots!
Wore to a family members farm as couldn't find wellies that fit quick enough. Boots were water proof and handled rough terrain and mud very very well. They were comfortable to wear even with wide feet, minor rubbing on toes as to be expected with most new boots so just preemptively wore a plaster on the toes and had no blisters at all with a full weekend of wear. Good foot support too, I have plantar facsiitis and has no aches or pains from wearing them. They washed really easily after use and will probably use them for more walks during the winter too.

A voir à l'usure. Pour marché sur tous terrain. Idéal pour les chevilles fragiles. Très bon maintien. Je recommande ces chaussures ainsi que ce vendeur Bon rapport qualité prix!

Volveria a comprarlas
La talla se ajusta muy bien (quizás un poquito mas grandes). Las usé para hacer excursiones en la nieve y son totalmente impermeables, bastante ligeras y muy comodas. Las recomiendo.
