So Happy I Stuck with Chefman, This Dual Basket Air Fryer Is a Winner
I already loved Chefman because my last air fryer was from this brand, so when it was time to upgrade, I knew this one was a strong option. I honestly debated returning it and trying a Ninja instead, but I am so glad I trusted my first choice and stuck with Chefman. This dual basket air fryer has been such a nice upgrade. The two separate 3-quart baskets are the biggest game changer. Being able to cook two different foods at once without mixing flavors or waiting for one item to finish first makes meals so much easier. The Sync Finish feature is especially helpful because both sides can be ready at the same time, which is perfect when cooking dinner, meal prepping, or making quick snacks. I also love the easy-view windows. It sounds like a small thing, but being able to check on food without constantly opening the basket helps everything cook better and keeps the process simple. The digital controls are easy to use, and the Hi-Fry option gives food that extra crisp when you want it. The baskets are nonstick and dishwasher safe, which makes cleanup way less annoying. It feels like Chefman really thought about convenience with this model. It looks sleek on the counter, works efficiently, and feels like a true upgrade from a basic single-basket air fryer. I’m genuinely happy with this purchase. It cooks well, saves time, and makes everyday meals feel easier. If you already like Chefman or you’re considering a dual basket air fryer, this one is definitely worth it.

Great value
Excellent product that makes meals way easier and tastier. Size is perfect for the space I have and I like the sync feature so you can cook two different things at different times and temps and they will finish at the same time. Very convenient!!

Surprisingly Outstanding
I bought my Chefman dual basket 6 qt air fryer in early July when Amazon had it's Prime day, or whatever it was. I paid $79 for the unit after reading most of the reviews. One thing I noticed in the supplied photos was that most of those pictures were not of this unit. In any event I was a newbie with air fryers. I had checked out more than a dozen of them before selecting this make and model. The very first thing I made in it was sweet potato fries and a battered chicken breast. I have some cheat sheets for an air fryer, but only use them as a general guide. I had no problems at all using the controls, or sync'ing the baskets. The fries didn't turn out as I expected (and haven't 3 other times I tried them) but the chicken was spot on. Since then I've used it at least twice a week for chicken, hamburgers, salmon, more chicken and more salmon. It's worked great for me. It also cleans up very easily. I do the cleaning by hand, tho. I can't imagine wanting any other air fryer. Should this one break, I'll absolutely get another one.

Modern air fryer, not built for large families
Really nice air fryer. I appreciate that the light turns on and off intermittently. The size is not sustainable if you are looking to cook large quantities or large items. For example, the surface area of 1 side fits about 8/9 chicken nuggets. Similarly about a handful and a half of fries. That said it’s great for a person cooking for 1. It is very easy to clean and easy to use. It’s straightforward just pick your temp and time. It’s fairly lightweight. The sync basket or sync finish options are nice for cooking various things on different times and temps. I’ve nothing but great experiences so far.

Screw the fries - this is great for Keto! Awesome proteins and veggies
Previously I had WOOTed a 6qt (maybe still a Chefman) and was learning and liking. That ended up at the cabin. Half because I forgot to packit and half because quick cooking there is nice sometimes. So I was pondering a double basket to say cook a protein and a veggie. I am Keto - so I cannot comment on fries - but I cook a lot of proteins and veggies in this. I cook steaks, burgers, sausage dogs, buns, veggies, etc in this. So don't shy away from an air fryer like I did if you are Keto. These are (no longer) a gimmick and are great and I'm using my oven and outdoor grill less and less. I love the sync-finish button. If you know your times then you'll finish very well. For example hot dogs (more for my son - but hmm think sausage dog and I'm there. One basket 4-6 minutes for the dogs and other basket two minutes for the buns (Yes they come out great!) Sync finish and it all comes out ready to serve. I did notice this version has no actual air input/output vents in the baskets (the bottom is raised - but no air input there - so all air must come from the top. So I don't know how this will do with more than one layer. I am single but I think this would be fine for a couple. For example a 10 oz ribeye fit in the basket and cooked fine (does need flipping) and the veggies on the other side. Enough for two for sure. Notes: I really thought I would strongly miss a knob for time and temp. But (1) Temp is almost *always* 400 ;) and (2) Time, well it starts at 10 minutes and decrements by two. So while I'd still like a knob - I am not hating this like I thought I would. And there is a +2 minute button to tack on the end if needed. This does not have any food presets. Probably for the better as they're often not spot on. But easy to look up and/or I have the Momo & Nashi fridge magnet page tabbed guide (on AZP) You CAN turn the beeping off contrary to some complaints. I'm not sure the liner coating is as durable as my original, more expensive, Chefman 6q I don't - yet - know how this will do with more than a single layer. Hmm. That calls for a basket of wings. I'm confident I'll need to shake/mix - but we'll see (due to only top down air circ. The window is nice - you can see some progress - but I haven't used it enough to see how long a nice clear window lasts or is cleanable reasonably. The "light" is the heating element - so it will go on and off as it heats. So just know there is no constant light. This should be 3 or more inches from the wall. Not critical - but most circulation is from the bottom of the unit (unit's circulation) so I don't want to damage my wallpaper. I really like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0725GYNG6 for this. As a set of two - the unit sets nicely on one - just right. The 2nd lives on top - but when I'm using the unit - it goes in front and so I can pull baskets and deal with them without the hot basket directly on the counter top. Also not bad for drying. Then it goes back on top. I do not buy many Amazon brands as they are often substandard - but these are spot on and economical and as 2 pieces I retain some flex on the counter top. For cleaning I really, really like, https://www.amazon.com/Dawn-Platinum-Powerwash-Starter-Bundle/dp/B082DLGV3F Dawn Powerwash. My dishwasher is good enough to not need it - but it makes really quick spray and hot water hose/rinse immediate clean up of basket very nice. I'm not paid nor received anything. I do like to review things I really like.

Quiet, Efficient, Bright Viewing Window
I've owned an air fryer for about 10 years and it finally cracked. Bought this as areplacement on Prime Day for $79. I already own an oven that has an air fryer feature option so I use that for large quantities. This is perfect for 2 peoples, you can use one or both sections simultaneously or independently. Its quiet if your new to air fryer, versus my original one, its barely noticeable. The light feature is bright and useful for looking in, its automatic, so no toggle use. It operates intermittently, but on most of the time. Per cooking session, it will cook up to 400 degrees, to which the last 2 minutes, it will cycle prompt the 450 degree feature. The tray and pan are non stick, dont use aerosol oil cans, dab olive oil or relative to the pans. It's cleaning is relatively easy as the heat constantly circulates around and never leaves any dry spots. Can fit flat 4-5 chicken drumsticks per tray. Can hold 8-10 chicken drumsticks per tray.

Perfect for chicken breast, cooks inside too!
Very good air fryer, yes it fits about one large chicken breast perfectly but I could put two if I wanted. Chicken came out very good, even the inside was cooked perfectly at 400fh for 20min.

Good value, longer cooking times
Worked fine, it seemed like the smaller volume made cooking take longer for most food compared to the same volume in a single tray. Ours died in a power surge 6 weeks after purchase. It was convenient to have 2 sides to cook separately though.

Great air fryer
Been using for 6 months now. Works perfect and dual basket can cook different things at the same time or sync. Only issue is the small rubber protectors from the tray get lost easily down the drain if your not careful cleaning! But no issue otherwise

March 2026, 6 quart airfryer
*Update my friend asked chatgpt and they answered to hold the temp button and ot switched to farenheit. Im happy. * I just received my Chefman 6-quart air fryer. I love the sync and sync finish functions. The broil high crisp function is great too. I wanted an air fryer with a glass door and good-sized baskets. You can mute the "shake" alerts. The lights turn on and off randomly to show the cooking progress. The only downside is that the temperature is only in Celsius; I use Fahrenheit. The machine gets a little warm on the outside, but not the cord. I like the product. I'll keep an eye on it if it malfunctions...

Avoid This Brand
DO NOT BUY! Thought this was an excellent fryer for about 3 months until I one of the sides stopped working due to an error code. This error code in the manual states that the air fryer will need to be replaced. I got a replacement from chefman pretty much hassle free which was nice I will admit. That being said; the replacement fryer once plugged in and turned on made an awful scraping noise from inside. One fan blade was rubbing up against the side and the other wasn't even spinning. After taking it apart and tinkering with it myself, it seems to be in working order. Luckily for me it wasn't too difficult to fix my problem, however, those of you who don't want to rip your appliance apart just to make dinner...avoid this brand.
