This deep fryer is nice looking. My only complaint is that I wish the fry basket was a little larger for the size of the unit. It heats up quickly compared to others I’ve used. The best part is that the temp recovers quickly after dropping food in. I’ve used it about 10 times so far. I would purchase again.

While I do wish the fry basket were slightly larger relative to the unit's size, it heats up remarkably quickly compared to others I've used. The only downside I've encountered is that it continues to show as "on" when the knob is turned all the way down, but I've found a simple solution by unplugging it when not in use. Cleaning is a breeze, as all the parts are removable, and the tank has convenient handles for easy handling. Overall, this fryer offers both style and functionality, making it a great addition to any kitchen.

This is a very good fryer. It holds about enough food for 2-3 people in our house without dropping the temperature of the oil too much. The one downside I have found is that it still shows as being "on" when you turn the knob all the way down. However, I just unplug it when we aren't using it, and that works fine. As far as cleaning, it is super easy, as all the parts come out and then the tank has handles that help you get it out. Just dump the oil in whatever disposal method is acceptable in your area, and wash it out. Overall, this is as nice of a fryer as I've had so far.

I am beyond impressed with the quality, price, and functionality of this deep fryer! This is seriously professional grade. I'm from the South, so you know we enjoy our deep fried foods. Having a small family gathering, we decided to deep fry some catfish nuggets and hush puppies in this fryer. The fryer handled both the fish and the hush puppies perfectly. The temper control was fantastic, it stayed at our chosen temperature the entire time we were frying (we used a thermometer), and when when needed to lower the temperature for the hush puppies, it adjusted in no time and stayed our desired temperature.Clean up was just as easy as cooking. Both the inner basket and tank are detachable and dish washer safe, so giving them both a quick rinse then putting them in the dishwasher was really all it took. I also gave the inside and outside a quick wipe down with a warm, damp rag.I'm loving this deep fryer so far. No complaints, but will update if anything comes up (God forbid!)

I decided on a commercial grade deep fryer because of my large family, we host a lot of dinners and thought this would save some time. It does just that! It also fry’s up perfectly, and uses ALOT less oil then my previous fryer. I only docked one star because of the price, I feel like it should be slightly bigger internally for $200. Maybe I’m inexperienced in buying these though, this is only my second time I’ve purchased one. However the design itself gets 5 stars, it very heavy duty and will last YEARS! The temperature settings are nice to use on a variety of foods, I make lumpia and lumpia is cooked on a significantly lower temp then chicken would be so I love the easy temperature adjustments. Overall a great buy if you are willing to pay a higher price, compared to standard home fryer.
