Item is good but little bit tight for Innova there should be small hole at front and back for tying the cover with car otherwise it’s good till now when straching stiching can broken after few days

This cover is good for Alcazar. Its a bit oversized but not an issue with belt and elastic. Decent water resistance and the material should keep your car a bit cool in scorching sun when parket outside. Overall good package for price However, the car cover delievered to me had 2 issues. 1) Stitiching was missing from a large area including causing a visible gap that would let dust water in and will completely wither off from 1 dide in no time. Very poor quality control 2) cover bag had a small cut on one side. I would have been okay with that and kept it had stitching been proper. Returning the same due to quality issues. Could have been a fair product at fair price but dissappointed that basic quality was not looked at.

I purchased a car cover from Amazon, which was marketed as a durable and long-lasting product. However, within less than 5 months of normal use, the cover has already developed a tear on the top section - see the attcahed photos. This is unexpected and indicates poor quality and misrepresentation of the product. When I contacted Amazon regarding this issue, I was redirected to the manufacturer for resolution. I reached out to the manufacturer using the provided contact details by amazon. Initially, they indicated that they would review the issue. However, after noticing that I had posted a negative review on Amazon based on my genuine experience, the manufacturer refused to assist further and stated that they would not provide support due to the negative feedback. - A product failing within 5 months contradicts claims of durability, indicating possible misrepresentation. - Denying support due to a negative review is unfair and retaliatory, and violates basic consumer rights. - Amazon’s response of redirecting customers to the manufacturer without ensuring resolution is inadequate, especially when the seller/manufacturer refuses to cooperate. As a customers, we expect: Accountability from both Amazon and the seller/manufacturer and assurance that customers are not penalized for providing honest feedback. Denying service due to genuine feedback is unfair. This deserves to be addressed by consumer courts for unfair and retaliatory practices.

Good worth buying

This is my 2nd car cover. The previous one I used was a heavy duty waterproof one which was heavy but resulted in plastic pieces falling off over usage. This one has a polypropylene external and cloth internal material. This way it is waterproof totally. Additionally, the moisture from an overnight rain doesn't stay over and condense on the car. The internal cloth material keeps the dust away and reduces scratches. The elastic keep the cover tightly in place and covers 99% of the external parts of the car. Definitely recommended!!
