I have very thick and very long hair (waist long). My hair will curl but will flatten by the end of the day. I did these curls last night and slept on them without a hairnet. It took me about 35 minutes to curl my whole head. Not too bad. Some say you can’t use on long hair. Well unless you expect to find a 2.5 foot long iron, there’s techniques you have to adjust to. Curl the top half, drop the curl and put the top end into the last section of the curl and wrap to the bottom, and if necessary move down again. It doesn’t cause a “break” in the curl with minimal practice. This look is with some finger combing and fluffing. The curls were total spirals when I went to bed. I can’t shake these curls if I tried. The only way to flatten these is to shower. Seriously! It’s like a three day perm without the commitment!! I love it!!

This was my first wand curler purchase and I kept putting off trying it. I finally decided to give it a try and Holy curls! I have very straight with no volume hair naturally. It took me about 45 minutes to curl my whole head and it lasted for days! When I did wash my hair next, it was struggling to remove the curls. My hair was a bit of a tangled mess after the shower due to the curls tangling with each other. But, this wand does work for sure if you are looking for tighter curls! I have already used again and love it.
