Not just a shoe glue. Good all-purpose glue.
Although this works great on shoes, this isn't just shoe glue. This is a great all-purpose glue and a solid substitute for super glue, and even possibly better than super glue. I originally purchased this to fix one of my favorite shoes. Worked really well for that purpose. Then, I had some home improvement projects and my super glue had turned hard in the bottle. So I tried using this. Wow. It bonds with metal, plastic, wood, and all the other materials it claims for fixing shoes. It seems more forgiving than traditional super glue, but seems to bond just as well. I've had the bottle for a few months now and used it for several different projects. The glue hasn't dried out and is still very usable, unlike my typical experience with super glue where the tiny bottle seems to dry out in a week or two after using it the first time. Overall, this is quickly becoming my go-to glue for pretty much anything.

It works
I had a pair of flats that I wore one time, only to have the shoe come apart from the sole on Day 1. I also had a pair of sneakers that were starting to gap in places between the top and the sides. This glue definitely works. The flats were easily repaired. I have worn them since the repair and the glue is holding up. The sneakers are a different story. The glue definitely worked. The sneakers looked like new after a good cleaning and touching up with this product. However, the glue is so strong that I noticed little micro tears in the sneaker fabric. The stress point I was gluing was a bit much for the amount of product used; thus the glue adhered, but pressure exceeded strength. I do not consider this a failure of the product, but I know now to think twice in how I use this glue. Overall, Iโm glad to have it on hand for future uses.

EASY TO APPLY AND WORKS GREAT!!
Works GREAT! The handgrips on my wife's mobility scooter slipped off. Apparently, the glue, after 20 years, had deteriorated to the point it no longer had any adhesive quality. I removed the grips, removed the old brittle adhesive, applied the Alecpea Grip Glue according to instructions, and that was that. The handgrips on my wife's mobility scooter are now super secure and ready for another 20 years. I highly recommend this product.

It actually works & works incredibly well
How can there be any negative reviews about this product. I took 2 1/8 silicone hoses and cut it into 4 different section. I used the included reduction fitting and just put enough around the edges on just one tube- instead of holding for 5-10 seconds-( having previous experience with a rubber glue called KISS- which at the time years ago was the only superglue that was flexible for both rubber and silicone) I held each section with enough pressure to not cave the tube, for 30-40 seconds. Then I went to a 1/4 silicone tube and cut them into 4 sections. I waited a full 24 hours instead an hour or so to set and cure. I now had 4 tubes that were glued using this product. I pulled and stretched it to more than double its length- the silicone tubes were not only glued (fixed) together, the tubing retained its flexibility-with just a little bit of material on the edges-that were a little hard. Most importantly the flow of any type of material- within reason- there was no blockage and then I pulled with real force. The silicone started to tear at the seam but it held and I could observe the flexibility of the product. It tore a little but held and their was no leakage. This product is beyond my comprehension. I didnโt know it even existed. I took the 3 leading silicone superglues on the market and this one outperformed by a wide margin. I did not try to see if it was ready in an hour 2 - I waited 24 hours. Incidentally the tubes looked like they had been welded together. A perfect even symmetrical joint. This the very best product I have used to date. Itโs difficult to believe advertising because so much is that if music was advertising- they sing a fine tune. I know this is the real deal and know if you follow my procedure their is no chance of failure. I might add that I did not- did not - use isopropyl alcohol to clean the joints to clean the joints. Just a microfiber towel to wipe the cut ends before joining. I might also add when cutting the silicone tubing into sections. I used an internal metal rod to make as clean of a straight cut as l could. They werenโt perfect. It didnโt matter. 2 days ago I wrote this review and tried another test. I had some old silicone ear tips that I occasionally wear. I made the best cut I could on the stem and it was not straight. It was jagged and out of round. It didnโt matter the product welded the stems together as long as their was enough pressure where the silicone from both ends were crushed( if crushed is the right word) I did not clean the stems in any way, did wash my hands. In closing, this silicone superglue is fantastic. The real deal. I am elated that technology and chemistry have evolved to make this product available and that it actually works better I think than advertised and as good as advertised. It does require some practice and a little finesse to go along with it. Try some discarded material first once it meets your expectations- just do it

Works fine for swim fins
I got this to fix tears as they come in my swim fins. It works well at sealing the holes and dries quick. It does take over a day to cure but after it holds up for quite a while. I do have to keep checking periodically for any new tears and sometimes it in a spot that has already been glued. Also the glue dries white if that matters to anyone. I donโt particularly care because nobody is looking close at my fins. Itโs not perfect but itโs less expensive than buying new fins every few months. I didnโt see any instructions on how to store it but I assume itโs best for a cool and dry environment. I had my old bottle on a shelf in the bathroom and the glue solidified in the bottle after only a couple uses. So I had to buy a new bottle and will keep it in a different spot in hopes it lasts longer.

Simple Shoe Repair That Works!
I'm hard on shoes and boots. Not just occupationally, but also because of bad habits. Soles separating is a common problem, resulting from abuse more than most will admit. Kicking heavy objects isn't what shoes are designed for! I've use several products over the years but the ALECPEA Shoe Glue is the simplest and least messy I've found and so far is providing a better bond. I won't name the popular silicon repair goop because it will still have its place but this glue will be my go-to from now on.

Works great
Iโve repaired so many things with this glue. It works great! Just be careful as itโs very runny and very easy to get on your skin. It sores like superglue but will dry so fast your fingers may stick together. Use with caution but it will work!

Fastest adhesion Iโve ever seen
Extremely thin- it runs instantaneouslyโฆ but itโs also the quickest adhesion Iโve ever seen in my life. Donโt think youโll be able to put two pieces together and have a few seconds to slide them into placeโฆ you have zero seconds. The instant theyโre together, thatโs where itโs staying. It worked out for what I needed it for but for other things I can see this being a big problem. It also came with screw on long thin nozzles for precise application, which was something I never knew I needed. Iโd def recommend if it fits your use case.

Great Crafting Glue
Great product - lid is designed with a small metal insert to keep the nozzle unblocked, so it's guaranteed to work really well every time. Two tubes included - great purchase & price - thankyou!!

Very adhesive and precise
This glue was super strong. Great precision nozzle! Dried quick- very liquify/ watery so helps to set in place before the glue sets hard but I am super happy with the performance and would recommend! Quite expensive but wonโt let you down for your craft jobs! Lasts a long time after the use for the box- the box is now strong as it should be! 5* and fast delivery on prime
