“A Delightful Digital Canvas”
The media could not be loaded. I bought this 16X16 (256 LED’s) Pixel Art Frame and Digital Clock for my nephew’s seventh birthday. He was able to set it up very easily, and install the APP. I did not think that I would be so fascinated by the animation display, but it is really entertaining. My nephew placed the screen on the table, employing the included “Kickstand”, for good stability. The demo button goes through a great animation display of colors, shapes and figures. The display is bright but not overly bright.Using my old Android phone, my nephew downloaded the app for this device. I was impressed at how easy it was to install the App and use it. You can upload many images and artwork from the app to the Art Frame. Or, as my nephew enjoys doing, you can draw pictures on the app and save them onto the Art Frame. You can also display google pictures and your own photos onto this Art Frame. However, the images are not clear. You can display typewritten words with fair clarity, but detailed images, or complex art works, won't be displayed clearly. That is not what this Art Frame was designed for.My nephew is using it mostly as a clock, an art board, a light up jukebox and most recently a science project. My nephew brought this Art Frame to show off to his first grade classroom for “Science Day.” He told me his classmates were very intrigued and drew pictures and sentences on his phone, which were displayed to the class on the Art Frame. He told me it was the most interesting project brought to his class.Of course this Art Frame also can be used as a digital clock. My nephew finds that it has much more value as a digital art display, a vehicle to enhance his own creativity and artistic skills, as well as enjoying the visual light show and music when his family and friends are around.Yes. It has limitations. The display is somewhat blurred. It has 256 LED lights. Higher resolution models are available. It does have an included USB Type C cable, on one end and USB Type A on the other, but it will not work if you use a two ends Type C cable on a Type C charger. You will need a USB Type A power supply to make it work.

It's ok
It's nice but could be better. The time display is stacked and no real instructions . Once you play around with it it is ok. Not a fan of it only working through WiFi. Blue tooth would be better.

Retro Flair Meets Modern Tech: Divoom Pixoo 16 Review
The Divoom Pixoo 16 is not just a clock; it's a conversation starter, a piece of interactive art, and a nostalgic nod to the pixel era, all rolled into one smart little package. This isn't your average digital clock; it's a canvas for creativity that happens to tell time.Right out of the box, the Pixoo 16 grabs attention with its 16x16 LED grid, boasting bright, vivid colors that bring your pixel art to life. It's like a miniature billboard on your desk or wall, showcasing everything from classic video game characters to personalized messages.Pairing it with the app is a breeze, and that's where the magic happens. The app is a playground of pixel art options, with a library of images and animations to choose from. You're not just limited to what's available either; you can create your own designs, which is a blast if you're feeling a bit artsy. What's more, this pixel art frame is smart. With WiFi connectivity, it does more than just display pretty pictures. You can get notifications from your social media accounts, set up calendar reminders, or even check the weather – all represented in quirky pixelated icons. The time display itself is customizable, which is a nice touch. You can go for the minimalist look with simple digits, or jazz it up with a full-on animated background. It's a clock that fits your mood or room aesthetic. Now, let's chat about functionality. Beyond telling time and looking cool, the Pixoo 16 serves as a lighting accessory with its mood light mode. It can sync to your music and create light shows that'll turn your room into the hippest joint on the block.Build quality is sturdy, giving the impression that it'll last well beyond the holiday season. The LED screen is clear and can be seen from across the room, making it as functional as it is decorative.A slight downside could be its reliance on the app for most features. If you're not into tech gadgets, you might not get the full use out of it. But if you're tech-savvy and enjoy a bit of tinkering, it's a dream. In conclusion, the Divoom Pixoo 16 is for those who love to blend retro pixel art with the functionality of modern tech. It's an innovative gadget that offers a unique way to spice up your room decor, keep track of time, and express your creativity. Whether you're buying it as a gift or for yourself, it promises to add a pop of personality to any space.

I don't care how good it is. They couldn't get the USB C right.
This could be the greatest device in history, but I can't get over that - like so many cheap companies do - they couldn't follow the correct implementation of USB C. I can't stand all these cheap devices that force you to use USB A to USB C cables because they couldn't be bothered to implement the spec correctly. If they cheaped out there, where else did they cheap out?

Sorta Unimpressive Device
By "message board" I had anticipated being able to post messages and reminders to it via the phone app. The text size is not an option, so with huge characters scrolling by marquee-style, it was not effective for that purpose. The colors are vivid and this could be a cool clock, but even the library of images and animations--the result on the screen looks very little like the thumbnail on the phone app. Really--there are budget-friendly entry-level tablets that can do more than this can, so I really don't like it.

Solo algo malo :(

One of those products that just look aweseme
This product is just awesome and the app in your face works really well. I’ve had 8 bit products for a while now and reminds me of those old video games I used to play as a kid. That is the main reason why I have this divoom clock, and also because all the info that can be placed inside is cable and works great if you create shortcuts through the app and your phone for me, it has become notification standard when I’m working since if I have a meeting, I’ll just light up. Show me what I have next without interrupting anything on my main screen.
