I bought this to fit in chest exercises for my home gym. It was relatively easy to assemble and has held up pretty well with atleast 2-3 times use per week over the past several months. It’s also easy to fold and store when not using. Can recommend it as sturdy enough for folks in my weight range of 120-130 lbs and lighter, but not sure if it will feel wobbly for anyone heavier.

It was pretty easy to put together and works great. Easy to adjust the back and I like that it has enough spots to go from sitting straight up to a little below leveled. I've been using it with my homeworks to get more range of motion with my presses and rows. I feel very stable. It is narrow so it's easy to put my feet down to the floor.

It was pretty simple to put together which I liked and was sturdy. I bench pressed close yo 300lbs and my body weight is a little over 200 so it stood up to 500lbs no problem. It is a little bit shorter and does have a bit of a gap that's sometime uncomfortable but overall it's great and functions as needed. I do also like the look of it. It's pretty lightweight as well which makes it easy to move and because it can fold I can store it if needed as well.

Its barely undersized for me. Im 6' 180lb. Its just big enought so I can fit on it in the flat position. Tilt the seat up a bit and thats when your head will go past the edge a bit but not a huge deal. Assembly is simple and easy enough even with the basic tools it comes with. The folding feature is nice even though i dont really need to stow it often, but its a nice option. So far stability hasnt been an issue. I was worried since the back is supported by a slim bar in the center, but hasnt been an issue. A true 4.5 stars since the premade pieces are slightly misaligned but overall a quality bench for a nice price. Very pleased

This is a great bench for home workout and easy to assemble. Has very good incline and decline for targeting various muscles. The cushions are helpful for stabilization, but I wish the eye-loops to hook the rubber bands were placed in a different location, as they are right under the foot where they are now. The bench could also double as an "Abs" bench with decent decline, but might be a bit too short for comfortable crunches for a taller person. All in all, very satisfied with this bench, which earned it 5 stars.

The price of the bench is good the set up is not too difficult there is a video on Amazon's page that shows how to set it up easily the written instructions are confusing. Only negative is the bench does not feel stable when you are using it. The bench will wobble some.

Less than a month after purchasing, the seat snapped off in the middle of a work out. I am not an intense body builder, just a regular person. Put one knee on the seat and it snapped off throwing me off balance and to the geound. Very cheap, not weighted down. Thought it would suffice for a home work out. Not sure if I can return it sine it is put together and no packaging, but I dont recommend at all

I want to give 4.5 stars to this adjustable bench. It is solid bench . The customer support was really helpful, one of the resistance band was broken, the customer support willing to mail the new one band to me without any charge. In term of price and quality, not questionable to buy it

Ho acquistato questa panca (specifico prodotto nuovo non usato) la confezione all'interno era stata già aperta, sicuramente si tratta di un prodotto non nuovo visto le condizioni in cui è all'interno è ricoperto da muffa e o sporcizia e nelle parti in ferro c'è ruggine.Visto che è un regalo, ci sono rimasto molto male per la figuraccia che ho fatto.Penso che un venditore serio prima della spedizione debba controllare cosa c'è dentro il pacco.Allego foto di ciò che mi è arrivato.Spiacevolissima sorpresa.Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto.REVISIONE RECENSIONE da 1 a 5 stelle.Devo rivedere la mia recensione in quanto il venditore si è dimostrato molto cortese nel risolvere l'inconveniente con la sostituzione.Panca veramente comoda e resistente e ottima anche per persone più alte.Si richiude facilmente in modo da occupare poco spazio.Rapporto qualità prezzo direi soddisfacente.Consiglio l'acquisto e anche il venditore.
