I love this machine! Talk about a game changer!!! This unit is so easy to use and the result is amazing. I only wear flip flops during the summer and always have rough heels. I specifically bought this for my feet, but used it for my hands as well and waxed them first. They were so credibly soft but I didn't expect the same result on my feet. I was so wrong. In just one treatment, my heels were softer than they've been in a long time. The wax heats quickly, so there's not a lot of waiting. What I especially like is the great instruction manual. It's very easy to understand and give step by step clear direction, which you don't get very often anymore. You will not be disappointed with this unit

Easy to use and comes with great supplies! This wax machine is very easy to figure out. The only thing I should've done differently the first time is put more wax in it since it takes quite a bit to cover your hand/foot entirely. It melts equally but do keep in mind it takes a few hours to melt completely the first time. The "comfort" heat setting is perfect for when you dip your hand/foot in. There is a plastic grate thing so you don't burn yourself on the bottom of the machine when you dip, but I didn't find it that helpful and after I removed it, I didn't have any issue with the temperature on the bottom. This machine is the perfect size for most people. I, myself, have small hands and feet so there's plenty of extra room. I also found that this was one of the best machines for the value. You get quite a bit of supplies plus the machine for the price. Overall I am very impressed with this machine!

So far I’m really loving this wax melting machine. It holds all 6 blocks of wax easily. It’s easy to use and set up. I also appreciate that this paraffin wax set comes with all items needed, like the plastic gloves and booties and the heat retainer gloves and booties. I’m not super crazy about the lavender scent, and would prefer non scented for sure, but the lavender isn’t overpowering in smell, so that’s good. It does take a bit to get all the wax melted, but the reservoir is big enough to dip in feet without issue. I dip them a few times, then put the booties on and relax. Removal is easy, non staining and my feet are so incredibly soft after! I appreciate the affordability of this product too!

I bought this paraffin dip machine for my wife, and she has been very happy with it. One of the best features is the multiple temperature settings. It heats the wax evenly and has a separate comfort range for dipping, which makes it easy to find the right temperature without overheating.My wife has very sensitive hands due to chronic eczema, so temperature consistency really matters. This unit warms smoothly and predictably, which has made the experience much more comfortable for her. She finds it soothing and uses it regularly as part of her hand care routine.Another plus is that it comes with all the necessary accessories, so there was nothing extra we needed to purchase. Wax smells great, not strong and overpowering, leaves hands feeling soft and pot is great, heats very well and overall a great addition to the salon

This is a great machine. The heels of my feet have never felt smoother, and they stay that way for a very long time! My only reason for not giving this review a 5 is the time it takes to heat up the machine. It is over half an hour. But I simply start heating it sooner so that it is ready when I am ready to use it. The lavender wax has a very nice fragrance, and it is very easy to use the accessories that the machine comes with. I will not have to pay for pedicures in the future because this machine takes care of the dry skin issues that I usually pay a salon to take of. I would definitely buy again.

Bought this for my mother who has really enjoyed it, she says it works very good for her hands since she has arthritis.

This product should not be listed on the UK. 110v is not safe. I therefore had to return, and source another from a different supplier. Very disappointed with Amazon
