Very happy with the inks
I had issues with the ICC profile. I emailed them, they responded and they help me get it. Inks works well. Colors look really good sublimated. Would buy again.

Impressed
This is the first time buying this brand. Was waiting for my older ink to be finished before using it and was totally impressed when I did, I got a much better, brighter print than the other brand, I sure will be buying again before I ran out. It did a good job.

Sublimation ink is good
Perfect for the epsom artisan printer just make sure when you finish installing the ink you run couple time the maintenance because you want to remove the old ink and the air bubbles

Not to me what was advertised
I got the inks, no cartridges as pictured. Box opened, I know tape is expensive! I expected to get what was shown, cartridges & Ink,

DID NOT WORK AT ALL!
I was so excited to try these out. I had converted my Epson Artisan 800 into a sublimation printer and purchased all the necessary cartridges for this ink to work with the printer. When I first printed it and tested it out on a sublimation mug - the ink did not transfer at all. I reached out to the seller directly and they were quick to reply which is great and suggested I do a few printer head cleans as it may be the printer's original ink still in the printer. I did about 6 heads cleans (not consecutively, as I read somewhere it would damage the printer). I reply back to the seller to let them know that it did not work - the ink transferred a little bit but not as vibrant or as well as advertised (see attached image). I even tried a colour print, thinking maybe the issue was the black ink - still did not work. I also increased the pressure & time on my mug press but that didn't help either. The seller still hasn't replied to my email and it's been about 6 days now. Returned the items - totally not worth the money as it did not work as promised and I have tried EVERY possible solution. So disappointed! 😒
