I really love this teapot. The design is so cute and I love how the strainer works without using any metal. Sometimes a few tea leaves get through but overall it has been so great having this. I love not having to worry about my tea strainer rusting or getting plastics into my tea. It is super fragile and the first one came broken. And I have already broken the lid on my second one (because I dropped it so totally my fault). But this is a product I will probably continue to buy (when it breaks) for the rest of my life.

The teapot arrived on time, nicely packed and with no problems. It was exactly as described.My wife uses it on the stovetop to prepare her herbal tea. It tolerates the stove temperatures with no problem, the handle does not get hot, it tolerates the dishwasher just fine. If you are pouring the teapot to near empty, you do need to put a finger on the top to prevent it from falling off.The infuser is very nice and you can use bulk tea in it without getting a significant amount of debris in your tea.Overall, my wife really likes this teapot.The only issue is that I bought the 22 oz size which is smaller than I envisioned it to be. My bad -- It was an impulse buy and I should have thought about it a little more. I will keep this teapot but buy a larger size.Bottom line: Make sure of the size and get it. It is a very nice item if you like tea.

The pot is great. Love the tea infuser as it keeps the smallest pieces of tea and herbs from floating out. However the lid fell out and shattered on my first pour. And now my pot is without a lid.... So definitely secure your lid on every pour.

Excellent quality and beautifully crafted

This made me really sad, honestly. So we’ve had it for a while now and used it a few times. The handle is NOT heat resistant I burnt my hand the first time figuring that out. There was also a very nasty dark film that formed the second time using it on the bottom of the handle that I could not wash off. The lid to this broke the second use after slipping off the counter into the sink. The spout is kind of oddly placed, you can’t fill it very high without water boiling out of it soaking the stove without fail every time. It doesn’t hold much to begin with. It also held gunk so badly, I’d wash it put it on the stove which was cleaned prior and moved while cooking and it just always looked dirty which was unfortunate because I love the clean aesthetic. Well today it broke on the stove after washing and making sure it wasn’t too cold for a rapid temperature change and it shattered, no prior drop or cracking. This was fairly pricey for the quality. I really wanted to love this. I’m not sure if my pot was faulty or what but I’m devastated. I think the glass needs to be thicker and the promise of heat resistance to be held up.
