So recently I've been on the hunt to find some really good hot sauces. Not just ones that burn your mouth, but ones that have a good combo of both heat and flavor. I saw Extreme Karma the other day and decided to try it. I gotta say that this is for sure one of the better hot sauces that I have tried so far. It's hot, it's tasty, it's a must. Heat 5/5 This is actually pretty hot. No joke. For someone that loves spicy food this actually had me chugging my drink of choice to quell the heat. It's got that heat where initially it's hot but progressively gets hotter. Flavor 5/5 Even though the heat level on this is higher than others it doesn't sacrifice the flavor in the process. Very tasty. That sweetness flavor they are going for had me keep putting more and more on my food even though my mouth was begging me the stop because of the heat. Consistency 5/5 I'm someone who loves thicker hot sauces. Watery based hot sauces just are something I'm not a very big fan of. So I was very excited to find out that the consistency of this hot sauce is thick and not watery. Overall I really enjoy this hot sauce. For me it's in my top 3 so far. The flavor, the heat, it has what you want. The only issue if I had one would be the price. I wish it was a little more cheaper, but what can you do. Other than that this is a winner and is something everyone who loves spicy, flavorful hot sauces should try out. I'll for sure be ordering more in the future and hopefully try out the other hot sauces in the lineup that they offer.

This is some of the hottest sauce I've sampled to date. I'm just getting into the hot sauce game. The flavor on this is really, really good. The heat comes in so late that you think it's not going to hit. But when it does kick in, holy cow. And it lasts for a while. The heat gets you on the lips, mouth (even my teeth felt it) and the back of the throat. As one other reviewer commented, it's "whole mouth" heat. I'll have to work my way up to this being some kind of regular sauce for wings, but I'll definitely use it in other recipes.

Same sauce from Hot Ones, somewhere around 50,000 Scoville Heat Units. Very good sauce. Incredibly hot, just a little above my ability to handle it. Enough to make me sweat, but not enough to make me panic to get milk. It's not so hot that you refuse to touch it again. You actually want it again. Definitely hot enough that you don't really want it to be hotter. If you add it to a dish in small amounts, it adds a good kick. If you add a lot, you are sweating and panting, but not yet panicking . It pairs extremely well with barbecue, spaghetti, and modestly well with mexican food. That said, the flavor very much tastes like habanero peppers, which I am not a fan of. It also burns your lips more than I would like. I prefer mouth burn, not lip burn. Still a tasty and solid sauce, just not my preference, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I do very much like that it is thick and stocky, which I love, as opposed to all the watery and liquidy soups that are many other hot sauces.

I consider myself a hot sauce aficionado. Always pushing my limits of heat and typically having scorpion sauce level heat multiple times a day. I'm hooked. This stuff is legit so good. It's got just the right amount of heat where it won't put me on my ass like a scorpion sauce would. It won't make me toss and turn later that night in bed because my insides are on fire. With this sauce it's more about the flavor. It tastes absolutely amazing. Most sauces try to make it as hot as possible while neglecting flavor but somehow this one excels in both. I will be ordering another bottle pronto.

I suppose once you get to this level of heat you're really losing some flavor. I mean yes there is some initial flavor at first and yes it is unique and good but it's quickly subsided to the waves of heat that hit. I saw this on hot ones and the flavor sounded interesting but unless you're just a huge fan of really hot stuff it's not all that practical.

I had tried for years to identify the BEST hot sauce I ever tasted on my favorite wings from a restaurant called Buck's Naked BBQ up here in Maine. After dozens of different bottles of hot sauce and many failed attempts over the years I finally found it. This is the one. The flavor of this hot sauce is so good and so unique you just have to keep eating it even though it is so painful everytime you put it back into your mouth. It is the best experience of pleasure/pain that you can try safely if you are into that sort of thing.

Flavor is spot on! Heat is full form. Kicks in and keeps the pain flowing. The bigger the dab the more pain. Would love to have a chipotle version of this sauce! Simple ingredients. No jumping through hoops. Down to earth a great hot sauce. You would think it has some extract vibe going on. The peppers do the work. One bite, everyone knows the rules... 8.9

My husband and I are sitting here, eating yet another meal with Karma in it. There isn't anything we've put it in that it didn't give great heat and flavor to. It can give HEAT if you like, or Heat, or heat. But always great flavor. We've eaten a ton of wings, done many of the Hot Ones sauces, Da Bomb and many others- Karma's one of our long time favorites. 100% recommend.

Thanks to all the previous reviews. Going through the Hot Ones line up I was looking for a thick sauce like Cheeba Gold but hotter and this is perfect... very tasty and has a nice kick. Hot Ones Season 5 rates this at 56,000 scovilles Only downside is it’s pricey and I’m eating it way too quickly : (

Very tasty, not quite as hot as I expected. I’ve slathered it on a couple of things and like the balanced flavour and heat. It stings a little if you get it in your eye. 😜

Bottle is the size of a pea and you call this hot? Yes, it’s hotter than sugar and spicier than strawberries.
