I purchased recently the nordic 9” cake tines. These are not cheap and expected quality merchandise as they were new. However I am somewhat disappointed with the condition since both of the tins have impact dents from the outside surface that despite the thickness of the material has needless to say shown and visible on the inside surface. I'm very disappointed.

Cakes bake beautifully, with heat evenly distributed across the heavyweight aluminum surface. Cakes release easily. These pans are very durable, do not warp or bend, and, with proper care, are a once-in-a-lifetime purchase. They are built to last. Easily wash by hand. Purchased three 9-inch round Nordic Ware cake pans for myself. Nordic Ware makes excellent high-quality bakeware.

Solo tengo pocas semanas usando el molde y espero que dure por largo tiempo. Es de muy buena calidad y mis postres salen perfectamente bien. Cabe en mi horno electrico pequeno (mas grande que los pequenos tostadores) y hago todos mis pasteles y platos en este.

I bake at least once a week and have always been on the hunt for pans that bake evenly. These have a nice weight and an excellent non-stick coating - very easy clean up. Generous size with high sides (9-inch holds same amount of batter as a bundt pan). Very good quality. Have two but will buy one more for baking triple-layer cakes. I'll be giving away all of my many other round pans that I once thought were the absolute best.

Great quality, does not warp, non stick finish is excellent and rounded corners and reinforced rim edges make cleaning a snap. I do use parchment paper whenever I use these pans. Highly recommend.
