It stays put! Phone is very secure
I have a crazy dashboard (mini). Haven't found any mounts that work. Tried this, turned it sideways on the left side of dashboard and mounted the phone (very snug). Rotated until I found the right spot and it works for me. The storage/stowing area keeps things in place. I think it's great. Wish it came with different color trim.

Waste of $$$
Purchased to hold my phone in place on dash. The actual round phone mount would not stay in place. Didn’t quite fit the he hole where is was supposed to go. So I took the round mound and mounted it right on dash and through the pad away. The pad slid off my dash as well.

No place for power cord in vertical position
For an Uber driver, where the app requires vertical positioning, and this product, as nice as it looks, has no room for the power cable (on the bottom of the phone).

i am very disappointed in this item as it does not stick to my dash !...
what can you do about this item ? it does not stick to my dash at all..maybe this one is defective in some way, could you send me another and i will send this back to you..
