I bought this as a daily supplement, I feel so much better when using it. I noticed I have less brain fog and a lot more energy. It tastes kinda like matcha, it has that grassy flavor for lack of better words. It comes in a big green bottle that’s actually mostly filled vs other supplement brands I’ve found give you a big opaque bottle and are only half full. It’s a great price point for the quality of product you receive.

I use this for eye health and it works great! I have diabetic retinopathy and this helps foe that.

Seems good so far, good smell and right color. To get a proper dose, 3gm each, you need to take 24 of them. But they’re very small. I’d buy again.
